Sarah is a biodynamic craniosacral therapist and yoga and somatic movement educator.

Sarah has a relaxed, gentle and explorative style of teaching which draws on her dance, somatic movement and bodywork background. Her classes are directly influenced by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen (Body-Mind Centering) and Andre Bernard (Ideokinesis). She has been teaching dance, movement education and bodywork for over 25 years. She has a broad experience having tau

ght within professional dance organisations, higher education, schools and colleges, adult education and the corporate sector. Sarah originally trained as a professional classical and contemporary dancer and enjoyed a 15-year career as a performer and choreographer.

New Season of Hatha and Yin Yoga at Lotus Centret, Glim

Spring is here and the winter season of yoga is finishing this week. We're just completing a journey through The Alphabet of Movement - learning early reflexes and patterns that are the foundations of human movement - and applying them to our yoga practice. It's been a fun, intriguing and transformative journey for the groups. I'll be running a workshop later this year on this theme. I'll keep you updated.

Hatha and Yin yoga classes start up again in Glim after Påske and we will focus on a new theme over the 11 weeks - the theme is yet to be revealed :)
