About last Friday... What a fantastic summer party with the best Missionpharma colleagues! We are so lucky to have such committed colleagues, who put maximum efforts into creating a great evening for all of us. So glad to see that our strong Missionpharma culture has survived corona :-)

We are proud to work closely with leading partners in global health response to supply quality assured medicines to people in need. Last week, we flagged off a donation of life-saving sutures to Ukraine, and the sutures are now confirmed received in Lviv.

A big thanks to the Danish Emergency Management Agency (Beredskabsstyrelsen) for taking care of the coordination. Together we ensure that the sutures reach the people most in need!

The war in Ukraine has disrupted the health system in the country and medical needs are spreading by the hour. Partnering with Global Medical Aid, a Danish voluntary humanitarian organisation, Missionpharma has just flagged off a container from our warehouse in Lynge directly to Ukraine with not less than 145,000 surgical sutures – enough to perform up to 30,000 operations.

Through this donation we not only contribute to saving the lives of the wounded soldiers but also the civilians suffering from the devastating consequences of the war. Our thoughts are with all the people of Ukraine affected by this tragedy.
