Meeting in Tokyo: Human Handling in Focus
A partnership for dignity, independence – and better mornings
Today we had the pleasure of visiting Frontier, one of Japan’s best rental providers of assistive devices for home care. They lease out thousands of wheelchairs every year – and after today’s dialogue, we truly believe the Master Glide Viking Board should be a new standard.
We introduced our Human Handling concept:
Support people in doing more themselves, with the best tools available.
Not waiting passively to be moved.
Not waiting for breakfast.
But transferring yourself with dignity, when you’re ready.
In Japan, where caregiving is deeply service-minded, this concept challenges habits – but also offers a vision. A vision of active living, less immobilization, and less strain on care staff.
This is not just about transfer tools.
It’s about creating better lives – and a better future for care.
明日は大阪でセミナーです。Let’s continue the journey.
Better care starts with smarter tools.
