Fair Play for unge georgiske kvinder, er blot et eksempel på, hvordan Fair Trade positivt skaber mulighed for at unge kvinder kan få adgang til at dyrke sport på lige fod med unge mænd.

FAIR TRADE Danmark supports FEMALE FOOTBALL, location Georgia, the homeland of Fair Christmas Trees. #
The Girls Football Club "Racha 2020", a Fair Trade initiative supporting .
In September 2020, Fair Trees Fund supported the founding of Girls Football Club “Racha 2020” in RACHA region. The # # supports the club Financially, securing the day to day operation costs.
The project aims to:
To build a sustainable and successful high-performance system
To increase the number and diversity of women coaching, refereeing and administering the sport at all levels
To develop participation opportunities and infrastructure
To change perceptions and social barriers to participation

What is the role of NGO?
The United Nations (U.N.) Department of Public Information (DPI) defines the NGO as “a not-for profit, voluntary citizen's group that is organized on a local, national or international level to address issues in support of the public good.
What is the main goal of an NGO?
A non-governmental organization, or NGO, typically is established to work toward public or social welfare goals. For instance, an NGO could focus on human rights, voters' rights, healthcare, helping the poor, and preventing cruelty to animals. NGOs can be funded by donations and grants.
A non-governmental organisation (NGO) serves as a liaison between the government and the general public. When a few concerns do not reach the government or are not resolved, NGO functions play an essential part in assigning these issues to the government.
Fair Trees fund suppports through it NGO activities, the local community of Racha. Key priorities are health,education and safety.
