Do you ever experience your mind raging hither and thither, never finding peace, only digging deeper and further down, creating more of what you don’t want?
This is identification with mind and thought. It is like a dog pulling its owner, rather then the owner walking the dog.
This creates emotional turmoil, loss of energy and bodily symptoms such as muscular tension, pain and exhaustion for it is a struggle. A struggle against oneself.
We are not our minds.
We are not our thoughts.
This is a lower aspect of reality, there is more, a higher state, to which less forcing, more happening has to be allowed. Problem is we have adapted to neglecting our feelings, and not responding to the requirements felt. This causes stagnation, tension and havoc.
An uncontrolled mind must be tamed, calmed and realized. This can be done through training and practice.
We learned to train the body, but who told us about the nature of emotions and mind, no one in school…
Listen, you have emotions, and you have a body, and you have thoughts. This gives you an option to act or not, register and realize, and hereby let go or hold on.
Hold onto what’s good, let go of what helps you not.
Our modern day symptoms and diseases are of spirit, not of body. We are in 2025! The problems that occur in the body are of energetic reasons! Realize this, realize the cause, don’t treat the effect. Often body is the last stage of emotional and mental blockages.
The consciousness movement is a movement of consciousness. It’s all about learning how to expand that which is consciousness. You!
Not affected by limits, free of mind, emotion and body, you become what you always have been. Energy starts to spiral up like a blazing fire, and all you have to do is act, act without trying. Simply being, being you. That’s perfect ⚡️
Ideers appear, solutions occur, motivation reignited, mind clear, emotions on fire, body renewed.
