SDU Yogaklub is a student association at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) in Odense, where we come together around yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy to build community and promote both physical and mental well-being. We offer a safe space where students can find balance and calm in a busy everyday life. Our goal is to engage and inspire SDU students to discover the many physical and me

ntal benefits of yoga—and everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. Come and be part of an inclusive community where you can strengthen both body and mind and find connection—with yourself and with others! 🙏

INTERESTED IN MEMBERSHIP? Membership costs 300 DKK per semester. The spring semester runs from February to May. The autumn semester runs from September to December. Read more about us on our website: www.sduyogaklub.dk

This past Tuesday we had the pleasure of being guided through a fun and challenging yoga session by 🧘🏼‍♀️

With a burning focus on the legs, Marcelina led us through a class where there was also room for laughs. I’d say that is the best of both worlds when we’re on the mat, wouldn’t you?

So, thank you to Marcelina for stepping in and guiding us through this wonderful session 🙏🏼

☀️ At uni and thinking about joining our Outdoor Yoga event, but forgot a mat? Literally no stress — the grass is enough 🌿

No yoga clothes? Also fine. Just show up in whatever you’re already wearing.

This is super chill, beginner-friendly, and all about enjoying the sun, moving a little, and hanging out with good people.

And it's gonna be 17 degrees (!!) — what are you waiting for?

Next Tuesday, 10 March, we’re part of Trivselsugen! 🎉
There’s a special yoga class from 16:15–17:15, so our regular class 17:30–18:30 will still happen, but please arrive around 17:15 to settle in after the first class.
