Hot Yin Yoga & NADA – A Special Class 🔥

Join us on Sunday, April 27th, at 10:00 - 11:30 for a deeply restorative Hot Yin Yoga & NADA session—a unique blend of movement, relaxation, and healing.

Guided by Line, our certified Yin Yoga Teacher and NADA therapist, this 90-minute class begins with 45 minutes of deep yin yoga stretches, followed by 45 minutes of relaxation and meditation enhanced by NADA acupuncture.

NADA is a gentle yet powerful form of ear acupuncture that helps with:
