Meditation is the basis of our life.
That which gives inner support, develops kindness and compassion, teaches to Love...
And we want as many people as possible to learn about the power of meditation and the positive impact it has on life.

Therefore, we organized an open day at the Vrand Sande Ashram.
We invited everyone who wanted to learn more about meditation and try the Heartfulness method to the Ashram on Sunday for the whole day.

The program included the history of Vrads Sande Ashram, and we also talked about our Masters. We showed the seekers the territory and apartments for living during the seminars, held a master class on making New Year's toys, conducted group meditation, and fed everyone a delicious lunch.

In this way, we were able to introduce more than 50 people to meditation and a wonderful place that gives Strength.

Hi all)
Quite recently, I decided that I want to support women from Ukraine who were forced to move due to the war and have problems with communication, integration, miss their husbands (who remained in Ukraine) and their family.

We all need warmth and support, and if I can give at least a little warmth and support women during this difficult time, I will definitely do it!

With these thoughts I organized the Women's Club and held my first event. It was wonderful, atmospheric and inspiring.

I will definitely continue to make as many people as possible happier))

Hello, I'm Vadim, and I'm 16 years old.

I was born and raised in Ukraine, in the beautiful city of Kiev. My journey, however, has taken me far beyond my homeland.

Over the last 10 years, I've had the incredible opportunity to visit Italy eight times. What's more, I even studied there for nearly a year. In Italy, I successfully passed all my exams and completed the ninth grade.

Now, I reside in Denmark, which is pretty amazing. The only downside is the cold weather. But that's a small price to pay for the experiences and adventures this place offers.

In Denmark, I enjoy hanging out with friends at gaming clubs, and during the summer, we often head to the lakes for some good times.

I come from a large, cool family, although, I must admit, spending time with my younger brother can be a handful sometimes.

As for my future, I haven't quite decided who I want to become yet. Right now, I'm working as an assistant in a restaurant, and I'm enjoying it, even if it's just for three days a week.

One thing I'm not particularly fond of is doing homework, possibly because back in Ukraine, I used to have loads of it.

I dream of becoming successful and wealthy, but I'm still figuring out how to make that dream a reality.

Thanks for taking the time to read my story! Wishing you all the best and a great day ahead.

Hi! My name is Rodion, and I'm 11 years old.

I'm a real water enthusiast! I love swimming in the pool and jumping off high platforms into the water - it's my true hobby.

But you know what I really enjoy? Family fun! Whenever we have some free time, we head to the water park or the trampoline center, where we have a blast. After all, having fun with family is doubly enjoyable!

And I want to share a big secret with you - I love my family immensely and I'm very grateful to them for everything they've done for me. You can never have too much happiness, and I feel it in every moment spent with them.

Even in the most challenging situations, I want to embrace my own femininity.

We live far from the world we know, far from friends, far from our new home.
None of this hinders me from pursuing my dreams, achieving my goals, and being a beloved woman and a happy mother.

We'll make it!

Flexibility - a value of the new era ⬇️

And I'm not talking about doing splits or backbends. I'm talking about the fact that in the modern world, where the situation changes practically every year - first COVID, then war, then floods, soon who knows what, we need to have the skill of quick adaptation. This skill will keep the ground beneath our feet and our nerve cells intact.

To be flexible means being able to adapt to changing circumstances. To make quick decisions.

My example of flexibility is a complete change of occupation, a willingness to do the work I had never done before. Not sitting on the couch and contemplating my purpose, not searching for myself in life through inaction, but flexibility. I do what needs to be done along the way.

And it's important to remember that our entire life is a lesson. Lessons of acceptance, compassion, and many others... in general, everything is given only for our development and progress. And most importantly, everything is within our capabilities ❤️

How and where to find inner peace.

It's undoubtedly in an atmosphere of acceptance, love, and understanding. Being in harmony with oneself is a little task with a star*. It's precisely harmony that brings inner peace.

Learning to love unconditionally is a task with two stars**. Learning to love is a whole science.

It's good to have a guide on your path. Because the connection with the Master is very important. He must be real, living. I'm lucky; I have .

For the past 10 years, I have been practicing meditation and traveling the world for spiritual enrichment.

People often hesitate to speak openly about it in broad circles because it might seem strange at first. It's like some sort of meditation, some kind of spiritual growth. People who engage in it are considered sectarians 😂. It's customary to think they wear strange clothes, chant mantras, don't wash, eat only grass, live in tents in the woods, and give birth to their children in streams 🙈.

That's an outdated stereotype. Modern meditation (although it's 9,000 years old) is tailored to modern people. It's a practice with the opportunity to attend seminars, comfortable accommodation, meetings in European meditation centers, workshops with the latest equipment.

Meditation is NOT about "sitting for an hour in the lotus position." Meditation is working on yourself and your character, where sometimes you have to make an effort, and other times you simply assume that "everything insignificant, foreign, and unnecessary leaves your system."

At such seminars (like in this video), people come together because we are all Earthlings, we have similarities, although we are different. We cook together, sing songs, practice techniques to release negative emotions, write poetry, create art, mold from clay, play various games, learn something new, enjoy nature, weather, and socializing. We are all different, but we are one.

This symbiosis of families that have come from 30 countries, generations of people ready to work for the good of others (volunteering) creates that very atmosphere.

An atmosphere for inner transformation. For peace, tranquility, and acceptance. Anyone who has been to such "events" at least once will never be the same. And for those who haven't been, I highly recommend it.

In my world, there are several different Ukraines.

There is Ukraine, which became the epicenter of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster.
There is Ukraine, the homeland of boxers Klitschko and Usyk.
There is Ukraine, shrouded in a continuous layer of corruption and poverty.
There is Ukraine with its incredibly beautiful Slavic women.
There is Ukraine with a thriving IT and gastro culture, nightclubs, and elite leisure.

There is Ukraine in flames and ashes from Russian tanks and marauders...

Somewhere in a special park, within the beautiful capital city of Kyiv, there is an imprint of Ukraine's history and life. An ethnological park where entire houses from different time periods and regions of the country have been relocated.

It's called "Holosiiv." I invite you to see it through my eyes.

Enjoy the immersion into a culture spanning 1000 years..."
