The summer solstice is a time for honoring the earth and the sun's blessing of warmth and light.
It's the marking point halfway through the year, the height of summer, and the earth's longest day and shortest night.
Solstice means 'standing to the Sun', and it's a time where we can connect to this great turning point in the earth's yearly cycle by practicing 108 Sun salutations.
A moving meditation practiced worldwide to celebrate the summer solstice and the international Yoga day.
This practice connects us to the energy of the sun, to our deeper selves, and to the collective. As your body is in motion, you'll find a rythm within yourself that you may have not noticed before.
It is a challenging practice but extremely rewarding☀️🙏🌱
I'll be guiding you on Saturday the 21st of June at 7.30
I hope to see you there❤️
