Reflections after my summer pause
on resourcing, deep processes, and the quiet magic of listening.

I’m back in my practice after the summer pause. A pause that became a sacred space of listening. Held in profound containment by earth itself, I spent time in the wild nature of Northern Sweden: mountains, forests, lakes, waterfalls, nights under the open sky, bathing in wild mountain streams …

My life has always unfolded by following that inner call, often against the grain. This year, it has become unmistakably clear that both the in depth study with on trauma and the path of grief tending are essential for my work ahead.

This year has also very much become a deepening of my apprenticeship with Grief.
Since May, I’ve been walking the grief tending path with and a circle of courageous soul sisters who feel the same call. Together in „The Art of Grief Tending“, guided also by inspiring guest teachers, we are expanding our capacity to meet grief with radical permission, presence and tenderness. I am touched and inspired by and feeling grateful for you Nici, , .

And in the depths of these inner processes, the world of crystals and minerals has returned to me with great strength. In the wilderness, among stone meadows and crystal fields, I experienced profound healing.
A new initiation has taken place.
I stand in awe at the mystery and the magic of life. Grateful for the gift of these connections and glad to weave their healing powers even more deeply into my work.

These months have brought me into profound inner processes. I notice how my ability to stay present with what life shows me, with what I feel and witness, keeps growing.
AND I AM REMINDED HOW ESSENTIAL IT IS TO BE RESOURCED MYSELF IN ORDER TO HOLD SPACE FOR OTHERS.

I return humbled, grateful, and full of wonder, inspiration, and new chrystal and human allies.

Now i feel ready to continue walking alongside those who wish to explore their own processes.

The next in-person grief ritual will take place on Møn in October. More details soon.

🧡🩵 HORMONAL SUPPORT THROUGH TUNING FORKS 🩵🧡

MENOPAUSE brings natural and often intense hormonal changes when estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone decline. Mood, sleep, energy, and emotional stability are affected by this shift.

TUNING FORKS offer a gentle, body-centered way to support this transition – without medication or side effects.

🔸AMINO ACID TUNING FORKS
Stimulate the building blocks of neurotransmitters and hormones.
They help stabilize mood, sleep, focus, and energy.

🔸HORMONE TUNING FORKS
Resonate with the frequency of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone & more.
They gently support the endocrine system’s ability to regulate itself.

Each session is individually attuned ~ using kinesiology and dialogue.
The treatment is non-invasive and deeply relaxing.

Beyond symptom relief, these frequencies also support the deeper transformation that menopause invites.

Reflections from a Good Friday spent in sacred slowness — holding space for grief, love, and transformation.

On Friday, we gathered here on Møn for a community grief ritual.
A quiet afternoon and evening —
with contemplation in stillness,
with sharing and fire,
with music and gentle ritual —
we gave space to what so often remains unspoken.

We had to become extra slow
to reach the grief held in our hearts.
To let it rise,
to let it breathe,
to let it be seen.

We cried.
We held each other.
We embraced.
We let ourselves be held.
And most deeply — we witnessed each other.

We sang our grief songs by the fire —
gentle, raw, trembling with truth.
The flames listened.
And the sky blessed us
with a sunset so magical.

After our tears were cried,
something shifted.
A lightness emerged.
Joy was set free — quiet, real, born from within.
The kind of joy that only comes
after being deeply touched by truth.

Something in me softened.
A deep longing I hadn’t fully named —
to not grieve alone,
to let sorrow be seen,
to be part of a circle where no one had to be strong —
that longing was met.

And I’m so deeply grateful
for everyone who showed up with courage,
who allowed themselves to be vulnerable,
raw, tender, and touched.
In your mourning,
in your shame,
in your anger,
in your protest,
in your silence,
in your longing.
Thank you for letting yourselves be seen — in all of it.
You made this space sacred.

In your presence,
I remembered again that grief is love
that has changed form —
and in being shared, it found a place to rest.

Thank you Mala ✨ thank you Uwe ✨ thank you Meik ✨ for making this day possible 🙏

We ( Mala & Katja & Uwe ) warmly invite you into a co-created grief ritual.
We both explore grief deeply—personally and in our work—and we know how different it feels when it’s held in presence and community.

This ritual offers a gentle structure, and lots of space.
Everything you bring—grief, silence, tears, sound, movement—is welcome.

You’re invited to feel into what wants to be grieved this Friday.
Something fresh. Something ancestral. Something lost in the world.
Whatever it is—it belongs.

You can bring:
– An object representing your grief
– Something that comforts you
– An instrument (drum, rattle, kalimba…)
– Your favorite cup – we’ll have tea
– A thermos/teapot to share
– Something to burn (herbs, incense…)

If you’re unsure whether this space is for you – just write us.
We’re happy to connect.

With love,
Mala & Katja & Uwe
❤️❤️❤️

I lately received this beautiful feedback. It deepens my dedication to creating spaces for grief — sacred spaces, both shared and intimate, where sorrow can be held and honored. I feel grateful and profoundly moved by the grace, beauty, and wild, intelligent power of life itself.

mother earth beneath me, vast, breathing.
soul-wind within me, whispering, shifting.
ancestor-breath behind me, calling, unseen.
sister-light around me, warm, pulsing, flickering.

do i stand in the footprints of those before,
or do i leave my own?
am i echo of what was,
or the hum of what is becoming?

river softens its way.
roots reach.
stones listen.
silence hums itself into form.
spaciousness holds the in-between.

no hesitation. only rhythm.
no waiting. only becoming.

free, because i am held.
whole, because i am woven.
moving, because i am more than one.

Behind many cases of depression lie ungrieved losses. In my practice, I often see that it is not the “depression” itself that paralyzes people, but frozen grief—pain that found no expression, no witness to hold it. What has no space retreats inward and blocks the entire system. Sometimes, what is needed is not long-term therapy, but a ritual—a dedicated space to acknowledge, express, and release what has been held inside for too long.

Francis Weller describes five gates of grief:

1. The loss of someone or something we love – Death, endings, and major life changes.

2. The parts of ourselves that were never loved – Unseen, unaccepted, or wounded aspects of our being.

3. The sorrows of the world – Collective grief for social injustice, suffering, and environmental destruction.

4. What we expected but did not receive – Unfulfilled dreams, lost opportunities, and unmet longings.

5. Ancestral grief – Pain passed down through generations, carried in our lineage.

These remind us that grief is vast, layered, and meant to be shared. Our ancestors knew that grief was not meant to be carried alone. The books and podcasts I share here speak of this: in many cultures, grief rituals were an integral part of life—a communal act that allowed sorrow to move, to be witnessed, and to transform into connection.

It is time to remember. To remember that grief needs expression. That we are not meant to carry it alone. That we can once again create rituals—spaces where what longs to be felt can find its place, be held, and be shared.

I INVITE YOU TO CREATE YOUR OWN PERSONAL GRIEF RITUAL

I offer assistance and witnessing as you move through this process. If you live in the city or do not have a private space, I can provide a supportive environment for this work.If this speaks to you, feel free to reach out.
