40 trips around the sun 🌞 and I find myself in Japan—bowing to beauty wherever I find it.

This birthday feels like a pause at a sacred threshold.
Ten years into my yoga journey, I’m still choosing boldness over certainty, presence over perfection.

A wandering heart, a student of the subtle, a brave soul.

Always seeking. Always grateful. Always growing.

Yoga has been both anchor and wings—guiding me inward, and onward.
