✨ How Yin Shapes Your Yang ✨

In Yin yoga, we stay in shapes for longer… not to stretch harder, but to soften deeper. When you pause, breathe, and allow your body to settle, something powerful happens beneath the surface:

These tissues respond to slow, steady pressure. Instead of forcing change, you’re giving them time to gently remodel—like warm taffy that becomes more pliable when handled patiently.

Most people haven’t — and yet it surrounds every muscle, bone, organ, and nerve in your body.

When fascia is tight, dry, or stuck, it can show up as:
