Dear Reader, my purpose in life is: To help you and myself create a healthy and happier life. I tried to change my life and relationship to myself many times, but nothing ever changed. I thought that I was unable to heal and create a different life than the one that I was born into. The moment things started to change was when I understood why I felt unworthy, why I was so disconnected and anxious

. I grew up close to abuse, alcohol and my mum was murdered when I was 18 (read more about who I am on my website). After understanding the reason why I was suffering, I began to work towards the relationship I wanted to have with myself and the life I wanted to live.
