The Power of the Now

When you take a deep breath and sit in nature,
you enter directly into one space.

This space and this time are unique.
They are always accessible to each and every one of us.
And this space and time are Now.

There is nothing else that truly exists.
You may think about the past or the future a thousand times,
but you always think about them from where you are — right now.

So there is only this Now Moment.

And this Now Moment is full of beauty.
Full of wonder.
Full of life.

On February 28th, we gather on Fyn, near Odense, to enter the sweat lodge together and prepare our prayers for the Full Moon arriving on March 3rd.

Let us come together, brothers and sisters,
to pray, sing, dance, and sweat
in the presence of the ancestors,
in the womb of our Mother Earth 🌍

Inside the sweat lodge, we offer our prayers to honor this Full Moon — a time of purification, release, gratitude, and renewal.

A sacred space to reconnect with the Earth, the cycles of life, and our shared humanity.

🔥 Imbolc, Sweat Lodge & Walking the Talk

In this video, I speak from the heart about Imbolc, the building of the sweat lodge, and the deep gratitude I feel for life and for the opportunity to share this sacred ceremony together.

Imbolc marks a powerful threshold — the doorway between winter and spring.
A time of purification, rebirth, and collective intention.
As we prepare the sweat lodge, we also prepare ourselves to release the past winter and open to new life, guided by the East and the returning light.

🌍 We are living in a time of great chaos in the world.
And as many traditions remind us: no big change happens without big chaos.
We gather during this period to support this transformation — within ourselves and collectively.

🧘‍♂️ During these intense times, many of us experience stress from many directions: work, family, children, responsibilities, uncertainty.
What truly matters is remembering the basics:

🌬️ Breathe deeply
💧 Drink enough water
🚶 Move the body regularly
🕊️ Find peace… and learn how to maintain it

✨ The real challenge of this time is not finding peace for three hours on a yoga mat.
The real practice is staying in peace in daily life — with routines, work, kids, relationships, and responsibilities.
This is what it truly means to walk the talk of the wisdom of the past that we have integrated.

This video is an invitation to remember, to ground, and to live the teachings — not only in ceremony, but in everyday life.

On February 1st, we gather for the Imbolc & Snow Moon Sweat Lodge Ceremony, marking the sacred transition from Winter to Spring.

This is Day 2 of building the sweat lodge, a time of finalization, refinement, and energetic alignment.
Today, we bring awareness, presence, and healing into the sacred space, sealing the lodge as a womb of transformation.

The lodge is carrying the energies of Wisdom and Light, Death and Rebirth, and the deep integration of the cycle now opening.
Guided by the Snow Moon, we honor the closing of winter and prepare the space for the gentle yet powerful emergence of a new cycle.
