Hej! Jeg søger 5 personer, som har lyst til at arbejde med et lille eller mellemstort personligt problem sammen med mig – fx en fastlåst følelse, et uønsket mønster eller noget, der skaber uro i hverdagen.

Sessionen varer 2 timer og foregår online via Zoom, hvor du sidder trygt og afslappet derhjemme med lukkede øjne, mens jeg nænsomt guider dig gennem en indre proces. Det er ikke hypnose, men en blid metode, som mange oplever som både forløsende og rolig.

🎓 Jeg er uddannet med en master i både undervisning og hypnoterapi. Jeg arbejder med ro, respekt og tillid i centrum.
Jeg tilbyder denne første session til en særlig pris på 500 kr. (normalpris 1200 kr.). Hvis du ønsker en opfølgende session, kan du få den til halv pris.

📣 LOOKING FOR: 5 people open to gentle inner change – online session
Hi! 🌿
I'm looking for 5 people who would like to work with me on a small or medium-sized personal issue – for example, a stuck feeling, an unwanted pattern, or something that causes unease or is an issue in your daily life.

The session lasts 2 hours and takes place online via Zoom. You’ll be sitting comfortably at home with your eyes closed while I gently guide you through an inner process.
This is not hypnotherapy, but a soft and effective method that many describe as deeply calming and releasing.

🎓 I hold a Master’s degree in both Education and Hypnotherapy, and I work from a place of calm, respect, and trust. I'm offering this first session at a special price of 500 DKK (regular price 1200 DKK). If you wish to have a follow-up session, you can get it at half price.

Dette spørgsmål: Hvordan hjælper jeg mit nervesystem med at indse at jeg ikke bliver jagtet som en sport, dukkede op på en vens side, og jeg svarede:

Tag regelmæssige dybe indåndinger. Lad stressende tanker passere. Vi tænker 60-70.000 tanker om dagen, men det, der stresser os, er de tanker, vi vælger at holde fast i og underholde.

Sagt på en anden måde: Vi har INGEN kontrol over, hvilke tanker der passerer gennem vores sind, men vi kan kontrollere, hvilke tanker vi vælger. Forestil dig en sushirestaurant, hvor al sushien passerer forbi på et transportbånd. Du får lov til at vælge, hvilke retter du vil spise, eller hvilke stykker du vil lægge tilbage på transportbåndet.

Det hjælper også at finde noget at lave med hænderne. Det er derfor, at strikning, syning eller broderi eller enhver anden kreativ aktivitet hjælper med at berolige nervesystemet og alle, de ængstelige tanker, fordi fokus flyttes til det!

This question came up on a friend's page and I answered:

Taking regular deep breaths. Letting stressful thoughts pass. We think 60-70,000 thoughts per day, but what stresses us are the thoughts we choose to hold onto and entertain.

Said another way: We have NO control over which thoughts pass through our mind, but we can control which thoughts we choose. So imagine a sushi restaurant with all the sushi passing through on a conveyor belt. You get to choose which dishes you want to eat or which pieces you want to put back on the conveyor belt.

Finding something to do with your hands helps too. This is why knitting, sewing, or embroidery or any other creative endeavor helps calm the nervous system, and anyone who is anxious, because the focus goes on the work at hand!

Amy Johnson's book, Just a Thought, helps better understand how our thoughts work. I hope these suggestions help! 🙌 Hypnotherapy - a combination of talk therapy and hypnosis are great tools too! 🙌 Best, Nina

Hypnose og hypnoterapi er kraftfulde redskaber til at arbejde med stress og angst. Det er en måde at arbejde med en selv på, hvor man på en rolig og behagelig måde kan bearbejde forskellige uhensigtsmæssige tankemønstre, traumer og blokeringer indeni dig.

Hvis stress og angst ikke er noget vi er født med, så er det ikke en følelse, vi skal acceptere at beholde. Hvis sindet bliver ved med at forstyrre og 'larme', så er der hjælp at hente! 💛

Happy March 1st 🌿💛

Hypnotherapy has been helpful for many people in dealing with everyday stresses, anxiety or phobias. A session can just as easily be done on-line as in person. The first two sessions are 2 hours long and after that an hour and a half. Typically all that is needed is 4-5 sessions. I am running a 50% off, so the first session is only 98$
