Soon after her dawning awakening into inner work, she became a mother for the first time. Going from being outgoing and self-sufficient to sitting at home most of the time taking care of her infant son with almost no contact with anyone other than her partner, she got thrown into another crisis experiencing postpartum reactions. It was a sharp contrast to her life of being outgoing and doing whatever she wanted. This sparked another wave of seeking answers inside of herself. She started meditating in a group with other likeminded people. This started a journey both within and without leading to a lot of different courses and programs ranging from Prana Nadi healing, Reiki Healing to Thought Felt Therapy, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and Introspective Hypnosis. Wiilow Seren has a magical ability to see to the core of what you need to address and bring you there to resolve the issue and bring you back again, feeling lighter and ready for facing life with a new perspective

I was a call last night and we were discussing resistance.
Risisrance when charging what we are worth, resistance when putting ourselves out there for the world to see us.

That resistance hurts and to me that means that we are growing. It is uncomfortable as HELL, but when we break through, we feel so free.

Meditation helps us here. When we meet the discomfort, our mind rendt to take over an block us from doing the uncomfortable thing, but meditation will override the thoughts, clear your mind and calm your body.

Why is it whenever you are thinking "I've got this!!" something comes out of nowhere and derailes your life?

It never fails.

And there's no way of controlling it.

You can safeguard all you want.
Life happens.

But there is something that is within your control.

The way you react.

I've learned this the hard way and I'm still learning.

To be able to control your reactions, you need to be able to self-reflect.

And you can't do that while your mind running the show.

You need to finde out how to quiet yourself and take a few steps back to see the bigger picture.

For me, meditation is a great tool for doing just that, and without gaslighting myself, I will ask; what part did I contribute to in this situation?
What am I able to change?
Could I be wrong?
What is not mine?

And then take responsibility for what part I have in the situation.

I recently told you a story about my apartment being flooded. It has still not been fixed.

I could react with blaming and getting angry and annoyed,but it won't get me anywhere.

Instead I ask, what can I do to get things moving along.

What I could do is call the people involved to see if there is a hold up somewhere, so I did and are now waiting for a call back on what the next step will be.

I have done all I can do for now.

Be at peace with what your life is like and know that you are able to control your perception of it.

Breath. Relax. Let go.

That is how life is. Sometimes it shows it's raw side - like in this picture (credits below)

When life acts up like that, remember that you don't have to follow along. You can simply breath and let it go. Observe and take the actions, that are needed.

But it takes practice. Like learning to swim, you don't start out in the wild crazy water of the ocean.

You will not survive.

You start in a small pool with shallow water.

That is what I suggest you start doing as well.

Find the 8 Minute Meditation, I have guided several times here on this account and use it daily (in the beginning I used this exact meditation several times a day)

You'll find that you will soon be calmer, clearer and kinder towards yourself and others.

Meeehh... That's how I feel today. And it is ok.

In my experience there's always a reason for me to feel like that.

Right before a breakthrough of some sort, I feel like this.
Restless, tired, procrastinating things I "should" be doing.

This is when I cut myself some slack, because I know my energy is being used for something I'm not aware of. Yet.

And I sit down. Or stand. Or walk. Whatever works. And then I meditate. Focus on my breath. On my body. Any tension.
Moving my attention to my center.

Just feeling, sensing and giving what wants attention some TLC.

Meditation is an important tool to have in One's tool kit. You only need to know how to use it. It is a multitool.

On Saturday August 26 I woke up to this sight.
We had had a lot of rain and water had come through my door and flooded my hallway, kitchen and bathroom floor (where the water had found its way to the drain, luckily)

My first reaction was disbelief. It is not the first time I've been in this situation.
I had two choices on how to react after that first feeling of disbelief.

1; to crumble into tears on the floor and not get up.

2; to clear my mind and figure out what to do next.

The first option was not really an option, so I took charge and called my dad.

"Do you need any help?" Was his response.

Yes please!!

I assessed that I did not have the strength or energy to go through the clean up on my own.

Then I called my landlord to report and put things in to action to get things moving. Insurance, damage control, etc.

I had just moved in 1,5 months previously. The apparent had been completely renovated. Everything was new.

I had started to relax in my new home.

Then this.

So what helped me think clearly and deal with my own frustration was my ability to move myself out of that mental space where I saw myself as the victim? (more on the victim mentality at a later point)

It was that I am trained to drop myself into a meditative state.

This state is so powerful. Simple, when you know how to get to it, and therefore powerful because it takes no effort to get to it - when you know how.

That is one of the objections I come across the most.

My reply? "Congratulations 👏"

Because if we didn't have any thoughts "disturbing" our inner peace, we would be wandering Zen masters every single one of us.
That would be boring!!

Thought we can work with. They are in fact very welcome.

They are a very important tool in meditation. Thoughts tell us where our focus is and when we loose our focus.

The more we get distracted by our thoughts when meditating, the better.

So start noticing your thoughts. Not what they say, but that they come and go like clouds passing the sun on a warm summer day.

Zen. The value of meditation and intuition.

Bringing zen into your life while doing everyday chores is what Meditation Rebel is about.

When zen is second nature you are less likely to get derailed by emotions when uncomfortable life situations arises.

Caught in the web of lift.

Do you feel like that?

Like you can't move unless you want to pull the cords that alarms the spider of your presence in its net.

Just hanging there.

Waiting.

Waiting for the end, when the spider, life, ends up wrapping you in it's silky, sticky threads and cords either way.

No way to free yourself.

I have felt like that - still do at times.

Wrapped up in emotional overload, not knowing how to get out.

Until I remember who I am. That I'm not a helpless ladybug 🐞 caught in the web 🕸️.

That I have the tools and the capability and capacity to cut myself loose from the web. To free myself.

One.
Breath.
At.
The.
Time.

Breath. Just breathe.

When I remember to breath, I regain control. I am able to see the web for what it is.
A fragile construct, only there to hold me untill I get caught up in the emotions of life.

That ability is something everyone has.

You just need to remember.

Hvem her ved hvordan man som modtager bruger et kortoplæg?

Her er min opfattelse og den intention jeg har, når jeg lægger kort for andre.

Når jeg lægger kort er det ud fra det billede der er lige nu og her i modtagerens liv. Jo mere specifikt jeg får stillet et spørgsmål, jo mere specifik kan jeg være i den besked, jeg får.

Altid når du får et svar fra en der intuitiv skal du huske at det der kommer af budskab altid vil være mere eller mindre farvet af de filtre, den, der kanalisere budskabet, har.

Så kan den der er kanal være mere eller mindre god til at se igennem sine filtre, der farver svaret.

Derfor er det uhyre vigtigt at du hele tiden er kritisk overfor det budskab der kommer og at du ikke tager det som den fulde sandhed.

Det kan være farligt at sætte sin lid til de "sandheder" der kommer ude fra andre.

I stedet skal du se det som et ekstra perspektiv til det du ønsker svar på. Noget der giver dig en bekræftelse på noget du allerede mærker eller en process der allerede er igang.

Husk. Du og kun du ved hvad der er rigtigt for dig. Og er du i tvivl om hvad du skal gøre i en given situation, så skal du vente med at træffe en beslutning til, når du er mere sikker - her kan et kortoplæg være med til at give indblik i hvad udfaldet af en beslutning KUNNE være.

Alene det at modtage en læsning kan ændre energien i den situation, du står i og forandre udfaldet.

Kun DU kender DIN sandhed.

Kort og meditation

Efter lang tids stilhed, er jeg nu klar til at trække kort, guide meditationer og intuitiv sessioner.

At blive guider af mig kræver at du er klar til at se dit liv i et helt andet perspektiv. Du får tingene råt for usødet, når du beder om min hjælp.

Nogen gange er det ikke det budskab du ønsker, der kommer igennem, men det du har brug for for at lave den ændring eller få den viden du ønsker.

Så hvis du er klar til at lave et skifte i dit liv er det nu du skal slå til.

For at komme ind i rytmen igen tilbyder jeg en særlig session, som jeg ikke har prøvet at tilbyde før.

Kort og meditation, hvor jeg trækker et kort fra et af mine fantastiske kortsæt og derefter kommer med min intuitive tolkning af kortet ud fra det specifikke spørgsmål du ønsker besvaret.
For at støtte den forandring, der følger med kortet og tolkningen, guider jeg en kort meditation, som du bruger minimum 21 dage.

Det hele foregår på messenger hvor du får både tolkning og meditation som lydfil.

Hjertekraft.

Jeg er ved at lære min sårbarhed og skrøbelighed at kende.

Jeg er ved at lære styrken i at være sårbar og skrøbelige.

Tidligere har jeg set det som værende det samme som svaghed.

Det er det ikke.

Min skrøbelige og sårbare sider er dem, hvor jeg kommer hjem til mig selv. Det er der alle masker og facader falder. Det er der jeg kan gå på opdagelse i hvad jeg indeholder - hvis jeg tør.

For med sårbarhed og skrøbelighed kommer også en smerte. Den der smerte over alle de sår, der gør at jeg gerne vil virke usårlig og dække over hvor skrøbelig og sårbar jeg egentlig føler mig.

Det eneste der sker er at jeg yder vold mod mig selv i forsøget på at vise al den styrke jeg besidder i stedet for at vise min styrke gennem at vise hvem jeg er gennem min sårbarhed og skrøbelighed.

Jeg har ikke det endelige svar og det er ok.

Det er en proces i evig forandring.

I den her proces er jeg ved at sortere fra med hvad jeg vil og ikke vil/kan have i mit liv lige nu.

I øjeblikket er jeg i en forholdsvis stor stessbelastning og har i øvrigt været det i et langt stykke tid mens jeg har forsøgt at vise verdenen at jeg er stærk og kan selv.

Noget af det jeg sortere fra er mit firma og det at have klienter og tilbyde behandlinger og læsninger.

Jeg har ikke overskuddet til det. Og kvaliteten bliver derefter.

Så indtil jeg er ordentligt tilbage og har fundet min balance, vil jeg lukke ned for alle aktiviteter i firmaet.

Det føles som en lettelse at skrive det her opslag.
Det er det jeg har brug for.

Og jeg ved ikke hvor lang tid det kommer til at tage før jeg er tilbage igen.

Lige nu handler det om mig.

Det handler om at jeg skal lære mig selv at kende på en helt ny måde, hvor jeg tillader mere og presser mindre.

Tak til alle jer der støtter mig, til alle jer der har valgt at arbejde med mig.
Det har været en fornøjelse.

Eller at kunne håndtere når tankerne pludselig står i kø, når du ENDELIG får tid til at sætte dig i et øjeblik for at slappe af.

Forestil dig følelsen af at kunne bevare overblikket i presset omkring ulvetimen med umulige børn og mad der skal laves.

Hvilken forskel ville det gøre for dig?

Vidste du at når du opnår meditativ tilstand, så svare det til den tilstand du har lige før du falder i søvn og lige efter du vågner?

Det er i den tilstand du føler komplet ro og kan være i dit nulpunkt.

Mange synes bare det er svært at komme ind i den tilstand. Det bliver for kompliceret, når tankerne og hverdagen presser sig på.

Den ro og det overblik, meditation giver er så værdifuld.

Tænk at kunne træde ind i meditativ tilstand når du har brug for det for at tænke klart, se løsninger og bare have en indre ro, selv i pressede situationer.

Tænk at kunne handle uden at handle i afmagt, men at handle velovervejet, hvis børnene skændes eller chefen skælder ud.

Tænk at kunne være med alt der er uden bekymringer for fremtiden og dermed bedre kunne se den vej, der vil være bedst at gå, når du skal træffe svære beslutninger.

Tænk altid at kunne have overblikket, at have roen, uanset hvad der sker.
