Today I showed you how I prepare Desmodium 🌿
A plant from the Fabaceae family, known locally as “Couzen” — because its seeds cling to your clothes.

We have two species here:

• Desmodium adscendens – traditionally used for liver support

• Desmodium incanum – more known for digestive and wound support

Identification matters.
Knowledge matters.

This is how I personally support my liver naturally after intense periods.
