💧 Forgot my water bottle… but nature always provides! 🌿
After my workout under the heat, coconut water was the perfect way to rehydrate — full of potassium and magnesium to replace what we lose when we sweat 🥥✨
Just remember: it’s great, but not enough sodium to recover fully — so always drink water too! 💦
