YogaMos This is a place for kids to get together and "play" Yoga outside, in a park. I have have been practicing Yoga since the year 2000.

This can also be a place for adults wanting to feel free like the kids, and who might come together to do Yoga in a park. In 2014 I became a Yoga instructor (200 hrs ) and in 2017 I obtain a certificate for teaching kids with Cosmic Kids Yoga . I do continue my studies by practicing with the kids (mostly my son who was born in 2014) and by reading (for example, Yoga Education for Children by Swami Satyananda Saraswati). The purpose is to get together in the park and "play" Yoga together, and to share the love of Yoga with our community. Events will be created not only for the kids, but for the adults as well.

If you want to play with your child, and connect in the funniest ways, come with us to the on June 8 from 11:00 am -12:00 pm. This class is a partner yoga class for an adult and a child between 4-9 years old. The cost is $25 per partner. If you have any questions please ask here or contact us directly.
