What's your favorite way to keep the inner child alive and functioning into your senior years?

It's no accident that the "best older' (38 year old) pro athlete has prioritized flexibility in his daily maintenance routine.

In fact, I believe your flexibility and ability to control your body through childlike playing type movements like: climbing a tree, wrestling, crawling, jujitzu, chi-gong, martial arts, playing soccer and paddle sports, swimming, surfing, yoga, jumping on a trampoline, dancing, etc. is the truest test if your aging better than average.

I am 60 years old and still challenging myself daily. My latest play time is using rings hanging from the ceiling combined with a yoga swing, vids below!

Can't move? Some have spinal injuries, some strokes, some Muscular Dystrophy, but all can be moved back into the parts of the body we moved out of once trauma energy takes over the nervous system.

Steph has put on 20 pounds of muscle in the last year and is developing out of his diagnosis of having FSMD. He works hard and is learning how to structure his spine again, sit himself upright, and stabilize from his inner core; activating his arms as well. None of this is easy at 69 and sitting in a wheel chair for the past 15 years. But here is proof that you are your own medicine!

Tonight at 6 p.m., join Olympic Coach Michael “Gebi” Gebhardt for an Intro to Holographic Resistance Stretching (HRS)— a powerful, hands-on method where you’ll learn how to stretch yourself and each other to restore flexibility, unlock energy, and regenerate your body.



✨ Why this class is special right now

We are moving through a powerful cosmic alignment — eclipse season between Pisces and Virgo — a time of endings, beginnings, and restructuring. The universe is asking us to let go of stuck energy and step into flow.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, our life force (Qi) flows through meridians. When blocked, it shows up as stiffness, pain, or emotional imbalance. Through resistance stretching, we can physically open the fascia and energetically clear the meridians, syncing the body with the greater cosmic currents.

Tonight we’ll explore:
• Kidney/Bladder pathways (water element) → deep release + renewal
• Liver/Gallbladder channels (wood element) → moving stagnant energy, finding clarity
