One of the things I love most about working with retreat groups is adapting the practice to the energy of the participants — their needs, their bodies, and the intention of the retreat.
During this beautiful women’s business & personal development retreat, I guided the morning yoga sessions to support their journey.
Over four mornings we moved through different intentions together:
Day 1 — gentle Hatha Flow to observe the group, understand their needs and levels.
Day 2 — hip opening and energizing practices (including Brain Yoga pranayama).
Day 3 — Hatha Flow with two peak poses focused on transformation.
Day 4 — renewal, rebirth, integration, letting go and new beginnings.
Grateful for the beautiful women I had the honor to guide this week.
Holding space for groups like this is always special.
