Normally our smaller Junior studios are the first to fill up. Because of a cancellation due to illness, we have one of them ( ) available:
- now until 29th January
- from 13th February until mid-April

ADVANCE NOTICE - we will be closing the condos for 2 weeks from Monday 16th September and re-opening on Monday 30th September in order to carry out anti-termite etc. treatment on the wooden ceilings in upstairs apartments, plus repainting afterwards. The treatment is toxic during its application, so we are playing it safe and vacating the premises.
This is a preventive measure - there are no indications of any infestations of termites, woodworm or carpenter ants. Long may that continue!

Summer in Sosua. Lots of daylight, plenty of sun, the odd refreshing shower (but remember, even the rain here is warm!), so far no hurricanes, with a refreshing sea breeze. What could be more enjoyable? It may be warm round the middle of the day, but we have a pool to float in or on, sun blinds to keep the apartments cool, ceiling fans, portable fans and a/c (and we'll show you the trick to stay cool for one third or less of the cost).
We offer centrally located apartments with balconies and terraces, plus a rooftop terrace to relax on, the pool to chill and float in, and only 10 minutes to stroll to a choice of two magnificent beaches.
All our apartments have kitchens so you can self cater, or order in food and warm it and serve it at home. Or too many restaurants to count (I got to 20 then got confused) within 10 minutes on foot, from snack food to tasty and tasteful dining.
Not to mention (but I will anyway) our 'Dive and Stay' packages offered in combination with Superior Dive Sosua - high quality accommodation matched with top notch training and stringent safety standards. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced diver looking for a formal qualification.
Delightful studio and 1-bed apartments ranging from US$ 150 to US$ 267 per week from mid-June to mid-September.
And we still have couple of a apartments available for long stays in the winter season 2024-25, (not accepting short-stay bookings just yet).

Shout out to the new Blue Bubble team - Luke, Rosanna and Chris (who some of you might know from Superior Dive). They are taking over from Ed who is bowing out after many years of excellent cleaning services, and have been learning from him how to have many happy customers in a second string to their bow. Chris brings years of experience in the UK to the company.
The new team did a great job on two KS mattresses here at Oasis in Sosua / Condos Dominicanos. One (on the left below) turned out to have a large coffee?? stain hiding underneath it, the other had been wreathed in cigarette smoke (our apartments are all non-smoking BTW).
Both emerged clean, odour-free, protected from mould and bacteria, and ready for the next guests. Nothing new, nothing gimmicky, same great service, just like before. Out with the old, in with... more of the same again.
Thanks guys, delighted to have been your first customer, and will be back to you very shortly for more mattress and sofa cleaning. Always a pleasure to work with people who care about quality. And wishing Ed all the best for the future.
