The antibacterial resistance
The antibacterial resistance is one of the world's greatest health problems. Until now, it remains a real case of a therapeutic impasse for the treatment of many infectious diseases.

What's a antibacterial resistance?
It is an antibacterial reaction to the prescribed antibiotics and used to treat the diseases caused by these micro-organisms, the purpose of which is to destroy the antibiotics, rendered the human body insensitive to them or expel all who are antibiotics outside of their Stage of action. And it is not just a therapeutic impasse, but bacteria have the power to develop and have significant pathological effects in the absence of effective treatment in this situation of therapeutic failure.

Causes of bacterial resistance:
It is mainly due to the high use of antibiotics, which will take part and help micro-organisms to develop this resistance depends on the rhythm, period of use and type of antibiotic used.
It can be found in patients who take medicines for medical prescription or those who take antibiotics by self-medication in the event of a disease which has even symptoms of another in the same subject or another.

What are you doing to act against her?
First of all, we always have to avoid taking antibiotics without prescription from the doctor. Even if you take medication by prescription minimize the use of these medicines. And you need to be in contact with the doctor or pharmacist for more data on bacterial infections, antibiotics and precautions for use.

Celiac disease’s treatment
The Treatment of this disease affects the clinical effects and lesions of the mucous membranes caused by the factors that caused this disease, whether genetic or environmental.
For this purpose, medical treatment is carried out on three components; care for an episode of crisis, induce remission and maintenance for the longest and process the direct events and consequences of LA.
Surgical treatment is reserved for specific complications or ineffective response to aggressive medical treatment.
Medicinal products which are indicated for this purpose represented by corticosteroids (Prédnisolone, Hydrocortisone, budésonide) which still keep their anti-inflammatory actions accompanied by the effects of corticosteroids.
There are medicines that are anti-inflammatory as (Mésalazine) that have local action at the intestinal level or that des that inhibit the proliferation of t lymphocytes, these immunosuppresses have as chemical (Methotrexate, ciclosporin) biological Monoclonal antibodies (Infliximab).
There must always be a balanced diet (outside of des) and stop smoking.
In Case of thrust: reduce milk consumption, fiber-Rich Foods, dried vegetables, fatty foods. After the flares come back gradually to a normal diet.

What's a hypertension?
Hypertension is a chronic disease defined by systolic and diastolic pressure above 160 Mmhg And 95 Mmhg respectively, this increase in pressure is due to a decrease in the diameter of the arteries followed by increased peripheral resistance or blood flow. .
Etiologies :
Hypertension May be essential, of which more than 90 % of des are still not found or secondary represents 10 % of cases related to renal pathologies (renal artery stenosis), endocrine and iatrogenic (Nsaids, corticosteroids, Oestroprogestatifs).
Treatment:
The regulation of HTA consists of controlled factors which favour the physiopathologie of hypertension, to maintain the pressure in acceptable standards.
Among the medicines indicated there are diuretics (Hydrochlorothiazide,
Furosémide, amiloride) prescribed to reduce la, therefore acts by lowering blood pressure. There are also drugs acting on peripheral nervous systems (Propranolol, Acébutolol, prazosine. ) which are intended to result in followed by a reduction in peripheral resistance resulting in a normalization of blood pressure. Other Medicinal Products (Amlodipine, vérapamil, diltiazem) have different therapeutic action by inhibition of calcium entry in the smooth muscle cell for the same normal objectives cause vasodilatation and act against peripheral resistance.
The Famous Therapeutic class used for this purpose is angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (Ramipril, captopril). This enzyme, which is responsible for the transformation of ANGIOTENSIN 1 to 2., so these medicines act in a clean way to promote the reverse action which is LA. For this purpose another class is angiotensin inhibitors (Valsartan, losartan); act more specifically against this hormone which is a powerful vasoconstrictor.

The prescription of these medicinal products depends on the age of the patient, pregnant women and the presence of cardiovascular disease, and on the choice of treatment all molecules may be indicated at the start of treatment except that and the Body response to each antihypertensive agent.
It should be known that drug treatment will be better when it is accompanied by-dietary support such as diet control, smoking cessation, regular sleep and tension monitoring.

Treatment of asthma
The treatment of asthma is a therapeutic process targeted physiopathology or minimize the symptoms of this attack on different levels, whether acting on the inflammatory manifestations of this pathology or on the allergic component. For this reason several medications are prescribed.
Drugs indicated:
Doctors!!! Generally, prescribed antihistamines to inhibit at the cellular level all that a physiological abnormality to treat the allergic component, among these drugs are KETOTEFENE (1) or other that has an immunological pathway that targets antibodies this is the example of OMALIZUMAB (2). Another category that affects the allergic nature of asthma is the anti-leukotrienes represented by MONTELUKAST (3).
Another class of drugs is also indicated as antiasthmatic. These are corticosteroids; FLUTICAZONE (4), BUDESONIDE (5), BECLOMETHAZONE (6), are prescribed to reduce the inflammatory manifestations accompanying the asthma attack.
The famous category of drugs to treat asthma are bronchodilators; SALBUTAMOL (7), TERBUTALIN (8), ATROPNE (9), are prescribed to induce a relaxation of the branches and thus the bronchi recover its diameters and the patient resumes his breathing with less or without suffering.

Side effects:
Apart from the curative effects of these drugs, you should always pay attention to the side effects developed by them: drowsiness (avoid driving vehicles after taking the 1), nausea (by 1). Headache (by 3.7.8), Influenza (by 3), hypersensitivity (by 2), dizziness, tachycardia and pharyngeal irritation (by 7.8).
So after having these side effects, you have to see the doctor again to avoid serious complications.
Contraindications:
At each visit to the doctor's consultation, it is necessary that each patient inform him about his state, is it that he suffers from another disease!!! Or administers other drugs!!! because it is really very important.
In the case of asthma, the patient should inform the doctor if he has hypersensitivity, heart diseases, uterine bleeding or infection. And if the patient administers other treatment as; the antidepressants and antibiotics.

Malaria treatment
This treatment has as main objective an optimal cure, explained by a total elimination of the plasmodia found in the blood or in the sites of reserves (liver which contains dormant forms). To reduce the risk of an infection causing anemia and avoid progression to a serious form can be fatal in some cases.

Prophylaxis:
But before applying a proper treatment, you should know that there are precautions to avoid the bite of the vector as use of mosquito net, insecticides for domestic use, revulsive ointment.

Precautions for travelers:
In the case of travelers to endemic areas must be followed precautions that are specific before departure, this protection be exercised as follows: the traveler uses (NIVAQUINE®) the day before departure at a dose of 2 mg / kg. If not, he must use (PALUDRINE®) in combination with chloroquine the day before departure at a dose of 100 mg. The 3rd is to use (LARIAM®) used for 10 days before departure. This prophylaxis should be continued until one month after leaving the endemic area.

Treatment itself:
The antimalarial treatment requires a confirmation step before applying it. It is a parasitological diagnosis to see with a microscope the blood forms of malaria in the blood.
When we say plasmodium, it means that there are several forms while each form requires a conduct to hold.
Therefore, there is a rapid treatment within 24 hours after the onset of fever with a safe and effective antimalarial to prevent fatal complications.

Therapeutic recommendations:
For the uncomplicated treatment of Plasmodium falciparum, it is recommended to combine two active ingredients have different mechanisms of action, because the monotherapy usually is met by resistance to antimalarial as is the case of artemisinin and its derivatives orally,
This resistance leads to a therapeutic failure because of the renewal of the infection and reappearance of the clinical signs to the dormant forms which will exert their infectious effect.
So the combination with another antimalarial (primaquine: gametocytocide) is really better.
Another recommendation for the treatment of Plasmodium vivax when there is no resistance requires only chloroquine as a treatment. So when there is resistance, it is forced to associate an anti-malarial drug with artemisinin to be surely effective in the blood stage.
In the case of severe malaria, it should be treated with intravenous or intramuscular intravenous artesunate for at least 24 hours.

Collective prevention:
The fight against malaria is based in recent years to research vaccines, develop molecules especially dual therapy, and prevent the most exposed people such as children and especially pregnant women.
