الى نوع آخر من الانزلاق الغضروفي...الا وهو الانزلاق خارج القناة العصبية...وهو نادر قليلا مقارنة مع الانزلاق العادي...ويحتاج الى منفذ خاص ..كما انه يحتاج الى خبرة معينة لاستئصاله...

السلام عليكم...
حالة اليوم لمريضة تعاني من انزلاق غضروفي بين الفقرتين L4L5 من الجهة اليمنى...لم تنفع معها كل الادوية والعلاجات الطبيعية الاخرى فكان لابد من الجراحة...
اجريت العملية بطريقة المنظار UBE...كانت صعبة نوعا ما نظرا للالتصاقات الناتجة عن الالتهابات المتكررة...لكن في الاخير تم ازالة الغضروف المنزلق وتحرير العصب..
فلله الحمد والمنة...

Patient suffering from a right-sided L4L5 disc herniation. All medications and other conservative treatments failed...so... surgery was necessary...

The procedure was performed using the UBE (Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy) technique... It was somewhat difficult due to adhesions caused by recurrent inflammation. However, in the end, the herniated disc was removed and the nerve was decompressed.

السلام عليكم...
حالة اليوم لمريضة تعاني من آلام اسفل الظهر مع امتداد في الرجل اليسرى لشهور عدة ناتج عن انزلاق غضروفي كبير L5S1 من الجهة اليسرى لم تنفع معه كل الادوية والتاهيل الرياضي ..فكان لابد من التدخل الجراحي المحدود...
تمت العملية في احسن الاحوال وتم نزع الغضروف المنزلق مع تحرير كلي للعصب S1 فلله الحمد والمنة.
