في إطار مشروع البحث الوطني PNR3 قام فريق المشروع المكون من : أ.شكالي قحضاب ،د هزيل سارة
وبمشاركة أعضاء من الشريك الاقتصادي بمحافظة الغابات لولاية الجلفة السيد بن دنيدينة محمد والسيد تواتي . بخرجة ميدانية إلى غابة سن الباء_ بولاية الجلفة وذلك بهدف دراسة مظاهر تدهور الأشجار الناتجة عن الإصابة بحشرات سوس الخشب (les scolytes) والتي تعد من أبرز العوامل المسببة لتراجع صحة النظام الغابي في المنطقة .
وقد تم توثيق المعاينات الميدانية وجمع المعطيات اللازمة التي ستساهم في فهم أفضل لآليات تدهور الغابات ،وتطوير حلول بيولوجية مبتكرة لحمايتها .
هذا النشاط يدخل ضمن الجهود العلمية الرامية إلى الحفاظ على الثروة الغابية ومجابهة تحديات التغيرات المناخية في المناطق شبه الجافة

في إطار برنامج مشاريع البحث الوطنية في مجال صحة المواطن، المقبولة سنة 2021 و التي تسهر على متابعتها و تقييمها و تثمينها الوكالة الموضوعاتية للبحث في علوم الصحة و الحياة (ATRSSV)، تمكن فريق بحث من جامعة محمد الصديق بن يحيى – جيجل من تحقيق إنجاز علمي مميز تمثّل في الحصول على براءة اختراع مسجّلة لدى المعهد الوطني للملكية الصناعية (INAPI).

تتعلق هذه البراءة بتطوير جهاز أوتوماتيكي XY للرش بعنوان : DISPOSITIF DE PULVERISATION PYROLYTIQUE AUTOMATISÉ A DEUX AXES MUNI DE DIFFÉRENTS MODES DE DÉPÔTS EN COUCHES MINCES/N° du brevet 13022/ ، يعمل إما بالضغط أو بالموجات فوق الصوتية، ويتميز بإمكانية المسح بخمس طرق مختلفة لتحضير الطبقات الرقيقة والجدّ رقيقة من المواد نصف الناقلة. وقد صُمم الجهاز خصيصًا لتحضير مرشّحات ضوئية تُستخدم في المجال الطبي، لاسيما في ترشيح أطوال موجية ضوئية دقيقة، ويُعد هذا الابتكار جزءًا من مشروع بحثي وطني على مستوى الوكالة، يهدف إلى تطوير جهاز لتشخيص وجود خلايا سرطانية، اعتمادًا على تقنية الترشيح الضوئي والانبعاثات الناتجة عن تفاعلات بين هذه الخلايا وبعض المواد الكيميائية الخاصة.

الجدير بالذكر أن نفس الفريق البحثي قد تُوّج بجائزة احسن اختراع في الطبعة الرابعة عشر للصالون الوطني للابتكار 2024، ما يعكس القيمة العلمية والتطبيقية لهذا العمل.
أحرّ التهاني لجميع أعضاء الفريق، مع أطيب التمنيات بأن يتم تثمين هذه البراءة وتسويقها في أقرب الآجال خدمةً للبحث العلمي والتطوير الصحي.

As part of the National Research Projects Program in the field of citizen health, accepted in 2021 and monitored, evaluated, and promoted by the Thematic Research Agency in Health and Life Sciences (ATRSSV), a research team from the University of Mohamed Seddik Ben Yahia – Jijel has achieved a remarkable scientific achievement by obtaining a patent registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI).

This patent relates to the development of an automatic XY spraying device entitled: Dispositif de pluverisation AUTOMATISÉ A DEUX AXES MUNI DE DIFFÉRENTS MODES DE DÉPÔTS EN COUCHES MINCES/N° du brevet 13022/", which operates either by pressure or ultrasonic waves and features the ability to scan using five different methods to prepare thin and ultrathin layers of semiconductor materials. The device was specifically designed to produce optical filters for use in the medical field, particularly for filtering precise light wavelengths. This innovation is part of a national research project at the agency level, aiming to develop a device to diagnose the presence of cancer cells, based on optical filtration technology and emissions resulting from interactions between these cells and certain specific chemicals.

It is worth noting that the same research team was awarded the Best Invention Award at the 14th edition of the National Innovation Salon 2024, reflecting the scientific and applied value of this work.

ورشة عمل وطنية حول تطوير تقنيات الأوميكس في الجزائر، نحو استراتيجية بحثية متطورة.

نظمت الوكالة الموضوعاتية للبحث في علوم الصحة والحياة (ATRSSV) ورشة عمل وطنية حول تطوير تقنيات الأوميكس في الجزائر، يوم السبت 12 جويلية 2025، بوهران. حيث جمعت هذه الورشة خبراء وطنيين من مختلف الجامعات ومراكز البحث في الجزائر وخارجها لمناقشة ووضع استراتيجية وطنية تهدف إلى دمج وتطوير تقنيات الأوميكس في مختلف الأنشطة البحثية التي ستُطبّق في الطب الدقيق، والزراعة الذكية، والبيئة، وغيرها.

خلال هذه الورشة، و بالإضافة إلى المحاضرات العلمية المتخصصة، ناقش المشاركون في ورش عمل متخصصة حالة تقنيات الاوميكس في الجزائر و العالم، وتطبيقاتها في الطب والزراعة والبيئة، بالإضافة إلى المتطلبات الأساسية اللازمة للتطوير الفعال لهذه التقنيات في الجزائر من حيث المهارات البشرية، والبنية التحتية، والموارد المادية، بالإضافة إلى الحوكمة.
تشكر الوكالة و تحيي جميع الخبراء و الشركاء الاقتصاديين الخواص الذين لبوا دعوتها و اتوا من مختلف مناطق الوطن و اثروا بتجاربهم و ارائهم و مقترحاتهم و توصياتهم اشغال الورشة التي سيتم اخذها بعين الاعتبار من اجل وضع استراتيجية وطنية لتطوير استخدامات الاوميكس في
الحزائر.

National Workshop on the Development of Omics Technologies in Algeria: Towards an Advanced Research Strategy

The Thematic Research Agency in Health and Life Sciences (ATRSSV) organized a national workshop on the development of omics technologies in Algeria on Saturday, July 12, 2025, in Oran. This workshop brought together national experts from various universities and research centers in Algeria and abroad to discuss and develop a national strategy aimed at integrating and developing omics technologies into various research activities to be applied in precision medicine, smart agriculture, the environment, and other fields.

During this workshop, in addition to specialized scientific lectures, participants in specialized workshops discussed the status of omics technologies in Algeria and the world, their applications in medicine, agriculture, and the environment, as well as the basic requirements for the effective development of these technologies in Algeria, in terms of human skills, infrastructure, material resources, and governance. The Agency thanks and salutes all the experts and private economic partners who accepted its invitation and came from various regions of the country and enriched the workshop with their experiences, opinions, proposals and recommendations. These will be taken into account in developing a national strategy for developing the uses of omics in Algeria.

انشاء مركز دعم التكنولوجيا و الابتكار الخاص بالوكالة الموضوعاتية للبحث في علوم الصحة و الحياة.
أشرف اليوم السيد مدير الوكالة الاستاذ بشير بن عربة بمعية السيد عبد الحفيظ بلمهدي المدير العام للمعهد الوطني للملكية الصناعية على توقيع اتفاقية مشتركة لانشاء مركز دعم التكنولوجيا و الابتكار و ذلك في اطار استراتيجية الوكالة لمرافقة حملة المشاريع من اجل تثمين مخرجات البحث و ضمان انضاجها و تسويقها لدى الشركاء الاجتماعيين و الاقتصاديين.
أعقب ذلك اجتماع عمل موسع حضره اطارات الوكالة و السيد مدير براءات الاختراع بالمعهد و السيدة مديرة فرع وهران للمعهد تم من خلاله التطرق الى الخطوات
المستقبلية من اجل ضمان فعالية المركز الجديد.

Establishment of the Technology and Innovation Support Center for the Thematic Agency for Research in Health and Life Sciences. Today, the Director of the Agency, Mr. Bachir Benarba, and Mr. Abdelhafidh Belmahdi, Director General of the National Institute of Industrial Property, oversaw the signing of a joint agreement to establish the Technology and Innovation Support Center. This agreement falls within the framework of the Agency's strategy to support project campaigns to enhance research outcomes and ensure their maturation and marketing to social and economic partners. This was followed by an expanded working meeting attended by Agency executives, the Director of Patents at the Institute, and the Director of the Institute's Oran branch, during which future steps were discussed to ensure the effectiveness of the new center.
