📢 دعوة للمساهمة – مشروع إعداد ميثاق الأخلاقيات المهنية للأرطوفونيا

الزميلات العزيزات، الزملاء الأعزاء،

في إطار سعيها إلى المساهمة في ترقية وتنظيم ممارسة مهنة الأرطوفونيا في الجزائر، تطلق الجمعية الوطنية للأرطوفونيين الجزائريين مشروع إعداد ميثاق الأخلاقيات المهنية للأرطوفونيا، وهو مشروع يندرج ضمن رؤية تطويرية مستقبلية، وسيُرافقه اقتراح تعديل في القانون الأساسي للجمعية، بما يسمح بإدراجه ضمن مهامها وصلاحياتها القانونية.

ويُعد هذا المشروع مبادرة تشاركية تهدف إلى بلورة إطار أخلاقي ومهني يستجيب لواقع الممارسة العيادية في الجزائر ويأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصيات هذا التخصص وتفاصيله المهنية، على أن يتم العمل عليه من طرف المكتب التنفيذي للجمعية بإشراك جميع لجانها، وبالاستناد إلى التجربة الميدانية اليومية للممارسين.

ويهدف هذا المشروع إلى حماية الحالات والمرضى، وصون كرامة المهنة ومصداقيتها، والمساهمة في تنظيم الممارسات المهنية، والحد من التجاوزات والانحرافات التي قد تسيء إلى الأرطوفونيا أو تمس بصورة ومكانة ممارسيها، مع ترسيخ قيم المسؤولية والنزاهة والالتزام الأخلاقي في الممارسة المهنية.

وفي هذا السياق، تدعو الجمعية جميع الأرطوفونيين إلى المساهمة في إثراء هذا المشروع، من خلال تزويدها، بكل سرية ومسؤولية، بكل ما يتم رصده ميدانيًا من تجاوزات أخلاقية أو مهنية، أو ممارسات تعسفية أو غير قانونية أو غير مطابقة للمعايير العلمية والمهنية، إضافة إلى أي وضعيات من شأنها الإضرار بالحالات أو بالمرضى أو بأسس وقيم مهنة الأرطوفونيا.

إن مساهماتكم وآراءكم تُعد ركيزة أساسية لبناء مشروع ميثاق أخلاقي واقعي وفعّال، يعكس بصدق التحديات التي تواجهونها في عملكم اليومي، ويشكّل مرجعًا مهنيًا مستقبليًا يخدم الممارس ويحمي المستفيدين من الخدمات الأرطوفونية.

📢 Appel à contribution – Projet d’élaboration de la Charte d’éthique professionnelle de l’orthophonie

Chères consœurs, chers confrères,

Dans le cadre de sa démarche visant à contribuer à la promotion et à l’organisation de l’exercice de la profession d’orthophoniste en Algérie, l’Association Nationale des Orthophonistes Algériens lance le projet d’élaboration de la Charte d’éthique professionnelle de l’orthophonie. Ce projet s’inscrit dans une vision de développement à long terme et sera accompagné d’une proposition de modification du statut de l’association, afin de permettre l’intégration de cette charte dans ses missions et prérogatives légales.

Ce projet constitue une initiative participative visant à élaborer un cadre éthique et professionnel en adéquation avec la réalité de la pratique clinique en Algérie, tout en tenant compte des spécificités et des exigences propres à cette discipline. Son élaboration sera assurée par le bureau exécutif de l’association, avec l’implication de l’ensemble de ses commissions, en s’appuyant sur l’expérience de terrain quotidienne des praticiens.

Ce projet a pour objectifs de :
• protéger les patients et les usagers des services d’orthophonie,
• préserver la dignité, l’image et la crédibilité de la profession,
• contribuer à l’organisation et à l’encadrement des pratiques professionnelles,
• limiter les dépassements et dérives susceptibles de nuire à l’orthophonie ou de porter atteinte à l’image et au statut de ses praticiens,
• et promouvoir les valeurs de responsabilité, d’intégrité et d’engagement éthique dans l’exercice professionnel.

Dans ce contexte, l’association invite l’ensemble des orthophonistes à contribuer à l’enrichissement de ce projet, en lui transmettant, dans un esprit de confidentialité et de responsabilité, toute situation observée sur le terrain relevant :
• de manquements éthiques ou professionnels,
• de pratiques abusives, illégales ou non conformes aux normes scientifiques et professionnelles,
• ou de toute situation susceptible de porter préjudice aux patients, aux usagers ou aux fondements et valeurs de la profession d’orthophoniste.

Vos contributions et vos avis constituent une base essentielle pour la construction d’une charte éthique réaliste et efficace, reflétant fidèlement les défis rencontrés dans votre pratique quotidienne, et appelée à devenir un référentiel professionnel au service des praticiens et à la protection des bénéficiaires des services orthophoniques.

📢 Call for Contributions – Project for the Development of the Professional Code of Ethics for Speech Therapy

Dear colleagues,

As part of its commitment to promoting and regulating the practice of speech therapy in Algeria, the Algerian National Association of Speech Therapists is launching a project to develop the Professional Code of Ethics for Speech Therapy. This initiative is part of a forward-looking developmental vision and will be accompanied by a proposal to amend the Association’s statute, in order to formally integrate this Code into its legal missions and prerogatives.

This project is a participatory initiative aimed at establishing an ethical and professional framework that reflects the realities of clinical practice in Algeria, while taking into account the specificities and professional requirements of the discipline. The Code will be developed by the Association’s Executive Board, with the involvement of all its committees, and will be grounded in the daily field experience of practicing professionals.

The objectives of this project are to:
• protect patients and service users,
• preserve the dignity, credibility, and professional standing of the profession,
• contribute to the organization and regulation of professional practices,
• prevent ethical and professional misconduct or deviations that may harm speech therapy or undermine the image and status of its practitioners,
• and promote the values of responsibility, integrity, and ethical commitment in professional practice.
In this context, the Association invites all speech therapists to actively contribute to the enrichment of this project by submitting, with full confidentiality and professional responsibility, any field-observed situations involving:
• ethical or professional breaches,
• abusive, illegal, or non-compliant practices with scientific and professional standards,
• or any situations likely to cause harm to patients, service users, or to the core values and foundations of the speech therapy profession.

Your contributions and insights are an essential foundation for building a realistic and effective Code of Ethics that genuinely reflects the challenges encountered in daily practice, and that will serve as a future professional reference supporting practitioners while protecting beneficiaries of speech therapy services.
