🚨 Tan solo 5 min/día pueden cambiarlo TODO - RECIÉN SALIDO EN LANCET

Un metanálisis con >135.000 adultos (actividad física medida con acelerómetros) estimó cuántas muertes podrían prevenirse con cambios pequeños y realistas en el día a día.

✅ Sumar solo +5 min/día de actividad física moderada–vigorosa (MVPA) podría prevenir hasta 6% de muertes si se enfoca en el 20% más inactivo, y hasta 10% con un enfoque poblacional (mejorar a casi todos).
