Sorry about the repetition but here is the flyer for the event detailed in my previous post.

I'll be here selling , a few crystals and artisan jewellery from the Ecuadorian Amazon Rainforest at a discounted price. You can see the jewellery on Etsy at NatureWaysCrafts. No pressure to buy but please pop by and say hello and have a look around. There are loads of healing and yoga- related workshops too and a sound session to end the day with .

Please forgive my lacking Instagram-savviness. It's not a reflection of how much I believe in what I sell. The cacao I sell is from Ecuador and Peru, each with a different quality... and the jewellery is exceptional! Each piece is unique and lovingly handcrafted. Come and take a look this Saturday!

Gosh! It's been aaaaaages since I've posted on here that I really don't know what I'm doing anymore. I've not been on Instagram for a while. It's a privilege to return to introduce a birthing of the vision of Kurikindi, Amazonian elder shaman of the Ecuadorian Amazon Rainforest, born to a paternal and maternal lineage of Shamans and walker of the Divine path. This land is committed to humble service to the Divine, pachamama, the elements, humanity and future generations. It's a truly magical place where we can learn, share, heal and transform, be held and guided to nurture our light and live in a good way.

I am not overly familiar with Thich Nhat Hanh but felt his energy calling days before his passing. I believe that when awakened ones pass they emit their medicine for the benefit of our awakening. For me, this wayshower is more alive as ever. Many of us will now lean into his teachings with sincerity to commit to a good life. A life of peace, love and compassion. For this, I am grateful. Much love to you Thich Nhat Hanh. Thank you for all that you are, for all that you have been, and for all you will be.

This body is not me.

I also have a range of 2nd- hand spirituality/meditation books for which I'm accepting offers car boot style.

I see cycles flowing within spirals of nature. These spirals hold a flow that carry us through cycles of life-death-rebirth. This is expressed in our menstrual cycles, the seasons, relationships, night and day, the breath in and out, and in many more beats and rhythms of Mother Nature.

I believe that if we attune to Mother Nature with humility, her cycles guide our evolution.

Generally, the solstices and equinoxes offer a pause between the seasons. They provide space to breath and take stock. In this pause, we can prepare for the next cycle by letting go of what no longer serves to create space for that which is aligned with our true path. Thus, we commit new intentions with clarity and care that they are for the highest good.

If you can join my Winter Solstice offerings with Sacred Cacao (Online - this Saturday) and Father Fire (In-Person - 21 Dec) we can ease into the next cycle with clear commitments that resonate with our souls calling.

We were bestowed with free will and it goes against natural divine laws to impose one's will over another. May we see through the narrative that divides and conquers. May we unite to protect free will. Thus, may our future generations be free in mind, body and spirit. May we ground into our hearts and listen. May we place love, respect and compassion at the centre of all that we create and share, especially towards those we initially feel opposed Love and Unity - that's my wish.
