There is no spiritual advancement without confronting the reality of one's own being, to find it we must isolate ourselves from external stimuli (PRATYAHARA) and the noise of the mind. Gym time !!! And of course some asanas like stretching to finish my workout. EKA PADA, hip opening ... the hips is the area that stores and accumulates the most emotional and physical tensions. Resentments, pains that if we do not channel them correctly are repressed in this area. If we are very rigid in the face of life, the hips will also keep that same rigidity. La mente es propensa a acumular experiencias y pensamientos, no desecha nada, no hay siquiera un corto intervalo de tiempo entre un pensamiento y otro. SOLO A TRAVES DE LA MEDITACION LE DAMOS UN REPOSO A NUESTRA TAN VOLUNTARIOSA MENTE ...
