Although I was born in Florida and call that my birthplace and first home, I am truly a nomad of this beautiful planet. I have spent much of my life traveling to places new to me on a quest for knowledge, new experiences, enlightenment, connection, and joy. I began my career journey as an ESL teacher (English as a Second Language). This has not only allowed me to teach and share my knowledge of communication, but also to travel and work in other cultures, to be surrounded by students from all over the world, and to learn from my students while teaching. This richness has created in me a burning desire to learn, teach, and share the traditional and natural wisdom of cultures from all over the world. As I have shifted my career path to facilitating others’ healing and sharing my knowledge of natural healing, my teaching skills are flowing over into this new realm. After a serious car accident and the following injuries and trauma in 2011, I could no longer deny my heart’s desire to learn about natural healing through whole food nutrition, plant medicine, and other natural healing modalities. This began as an internal journey of personal healing and has become a far reaching external journey as well. Through my own experiences, I have found some amazing whole human wellness practices that I am called to share with others so they may be empowered to heal themselves, mind, body, spirit. In my practice, I am focused on helping people create individualized programs to cleanse the mind, body, spirit connection to bring each person into optimum balance, into whole human wellness. I am passionate about whole human wellness which includes all aspects of human life including mental well-being, physical health, and the spiritual realm. I believe that these three human qualities are at once of the earth and divine. I am here to support you in integrating and reconnecting all aspects of your mind, body, spirit self.
