In the stillness before we enter,
there is a moment of quiet centering ✨

just before we step into the Temazcal.

Santiago, our fire chief,
cleansing us with palo santo and copal,
tending the Abuelitas with care -
guarding the fire,
guiding the stones on their journey into the Temazcal.

This is how we begin our trainings at 🔥

The Temazcal is a community ritual.
A space to arrive together,
to connect before we walk a deeper path.

We enter the Womb of the Earth -
a dome of clay -
to sweat, to pray, to sing…
With all our relations who love us ❤️

We call in the Great Spirit,
the four directions,
the elements,
the mountains,
the animal spirits.

We sit in the heat together.
Breathing.
Listening.
Letting go.

Something shifts in the darkness.

We come out softer,
more open,
more connected -
ready to walk this path as a community.

We are currently in the first week of our 200h Power Spirit / Ta***ic Yoga Teacher Training — and it is still possible to join for a week or longer if you feel called to step in 🔥

This month we gather for our Community Satsang / Open House — a full day to experience the school, practice together, and connect with the space and community 💛

Toni came to Durga’s Tiger School in a moment of transition.
After a lifetime of work as a midwife and healthcare provider, she was looking for something with depth and meaning.

💛 Henriette shared that for her Ta**ra is a path of love, connection and expansion - one that embraces both light and shadow, reminding us that nothing within us needs to be left out.

💛 Mareike described Ta**ra as life itself - a deep connection to self, to the world, and to the sacred energies within us. A way of living from wholeness.

Again and again, we witness how Ta**ra becomes more than a practice here.
It becomes a way of living - with openness, honesty and presence.

✨ Celebration day at Durga’s Tiger School ✨

Today we closed another Power Spirit / Ta**ra Yoga Teacher Training after a rich and powerful 9-week cycle.

Over the past weeks our Tiger Riders have been walking deep transformational paths - some beginning 9 weeks ago, some 6, and some 4. And today we gathered to celebrate them all as they graduated their 200h, 300h, and 500h certifications 🌻

From the morning until the evening we harvested this journey together: collective teachings, sharing circles, a heartfelt closing ceremony and even a joyful Tiger Rider talent show. A day full of reflections, laughter, creativity and celebration ✨

Celebration itself is a ta***ic practice - and today we practiced it fully: bringing high energy, presence, consciousness and joy into honoring one another.

We are so grateful to have shared this journey with you, and we are deeply proud of each of you and all that you are becoming 💛
