🌿 Joshua shares how leaning into the uncomfortable opens the door to liberation and authentic expression.
🌿 Henriëtte reflects on the gift of reconnection - listening to body, energy and intuition with respect and compassion.

These are the treasures our students carry home: tools for ongoing inner growth, joyful transformation, embodied wisdom and a deeper trust in life’s unfolding 💫
