I am feeling into and preparing for today's Women's Circle. We will be exploring Feminine and Masculine energies, based on David Deidas work.

I want to say to myself as much as to you Sister: You are a beautiful force of nature, you are the ocean, the storms, the wind in the trees, the birds in the sky, the very life force herself. Do not hide anymore, brake free from your shackles, your beauty lies withing your wildness. Do not let anyone tame you, your beauty and lies within your wildness. We need you to run free, we need you to inspire others with your light and unpredictable nature. Love your wild side and let her free.

You are also a Mother, you are Love, your are she who sees her own beauty, she who sees it in everyone and everything around her. You are the one who nurtures and feeds, you are the one who cares for. Your hands can heal with their loving touch, your eyes can bring out anyone's soul into the light and your voice can soothe in the darkest night. Do not hold back your love, do not wait for someone to deserve your love, surrender to the very love that you are, and offer it as a gift to the universe. Make it your daily prayer to be in Love. Find your own heart, and you will notice how it is connected with the hearts of everyone, with the heart of this planet.

YONI HEALING

As soon as he enters me, my body remembers.
I tremble and shake as the memory flushes through my body.
I remember being entered by men who were not fully there, who did not see me, was not able to, and did not even seem to try. I remember the pain.
Sadness and grief fills my being. Sadness for the lost love that should have been, grief for the connection that never went as deep as it could have.
All I wanted was to be seen, to be felt fully and to be held.
But how could they see me, when I was doing my best to hide?
But why did they not keep looking for me? Why did they not lure me out of my shadows? Why did I stay?
I am griefing the light that my soul knows so well, the light that I so often hide from.
I long for the light, for the courage to step into it.
I long for him to see me standing there in the darkness, I wish that he could see that I do not belong there, I wish that he would pull me out.

TRUST THE NI**LE
- What is the niggling feeling trying to tell you? -
You know that feeling inside that keeps niggling? Maybe it's telling you to start that project, to reach out to that guy, to leave a relationship, change a habit or just spend more time in nature.
What ever the feeling is telling you, listen to it. It is your inner being sharing it's wisdom with you. It is your higher self guiding you towards a fullfilling life. It is your angels whispering in your ear.
Have trust in your inner guidance, have faith in the flow of life. Listen to your intuition, it speaks to you through your body.
It takes courage and faith to listen and follow through, sometimes I listen, sometimes I don't hear, sometimes I hear but I ignore it, I am afraid to follow through, I am afraid to live to my fullest potential. Beacuse I know that when I release all boundaries, I will shine, I will stand out and heads will be turned. Standing in the spotlight, fully express what I'm feeling and who I am without filters, that scares the s**t out of me. I also know that my soul is thirsty for it. My soul longs to expands in this body, my soul is telling me to release my resistance and dance with life.

In yesterdays Womens circle, we explored giving and receiving love with touch. We also explored our desires to give and receive love in our lifes.

It is so beautiful to see Women coming together, to hold and to nurture each other. It is in our nature to Love. All the healing, and all the love we need is already within us and those around us, are you looking for it? Are you looking for reasons to Love?

I believe that today more than ever, we have a strong desire to both give and recieve love. I have a strong desire for deep connection and intimacy in ly life. I want to see people fpr who they truly are, I want to look them deep into their eyes, and see beyond their fears and their protections. I want others to see through my layers, to see me for who I truly am, in my beauty and in my vulnerability.

In our pure essence we are all divine, we are all beautiful. Can you see it?
