✨ Monthly sound therapy is back! ✨
We will meet on Sunday, April 27 at 10 AM at MaticoVivo for a new vibrational session. On this occasion, we will start a tour of the chakras, starting with the root chakra (Muladhara). 🌱

Muladhara represents our base, security and connection with the earth. It is also the energetic center that links us to our family karma, our roots and ancestral memories. Through sound, we will work on releasing blockages, cultivating stability and grounding ourselves with confidence in the present.
