🔥 Test out our recipe for the perfect sauna experience:

1) When the sauna is about 80 degrees, make the steam room bench and walls wet, throw steam on the heater, ventilate and only then go inside.

2) The first round should be short - about ten minutes.

3) After the first steam, wash yourself, and then the following steams feel significantly more pleasant.

4) If possible, go into the pond after the steam. All year round. Then you'll feel maximally fresh and at the same time rested.

The whole sauna experience should not last more than an hour.
