Some lesions are so small that they are barely noticeable to anyone except the patient. Yet when they are located in an extremely delicate area, even a microscopic growth can become a constant source of irritation, discomfort, or cosmetic concern.
This case shows the removal of a tiny benign lesion located directly on the mucosal surface of the lower eyelid margin — one of the most challenging areas to treat safely. The procedure requires not only appropriate technology, but also experience, precision, and a thorough understanding of periocular anatomy.
Although the lesion itself was very small, its removal created a significant improvement in the overall appearance of the eyelid. Sometimes the smallest details make the biggest difference.
At Dr Uskov Clinic, we regularly treat benign lesions in highly delicate anatomical locations, including the eyelids, eyelid margins, lips, nose, ears, and other areas where precision is essential.
As always, treatment methods are selected individually based on the lesion type, location, and safety considerations.
