I have been wondering why I sleep so well here on Crete - fall asleep more easily and need fewer hours.
It is the eternal sunshine feeding me with energy and then helping to produce melatonin st might time.
Although I know we need a dose of daily sunlight, the amount of it has never been enough in my northern homeland Estonia.
What could the solution be? Move to some sunny Greek island.. ?

It's not just the beach as such what magnetizes me.
It is the pleasure of being grounded, what going to beach and lying on the sand, not the sunbed or even the towel, what it inevitably brings about.
It is so simple but vitally important to be fed by the sun and the wind and the sand.

You don't have to see all the pieces of a puzzle to fall into place at once. This is not the way puzzles are made. You might see them in your vision, but give them time to take their place one by one, maybe it's gonna be better tahan you ever could think of.
