Definitely not only Shavasana in my Tuesday mornings Vinyasa Flow but we as a group listen what is need each time and adjust accordingly. I’m not saying you couldn’t spend the entire class in that very important pose and you can be any level ❤️ 🧘 .space.studio ❤️
