Is It Possible to Restore Safety in Relationships?
Years ago, I asked myself if it was possible to cultivate safety and mutual understanding in relationships during times of intense emotional pain. At that time, the idea seemed unattainable. Pain often disrupts connection, leading to further isolation, confusion, and suffering. However, one of my mentors, Dr. Rebecca Sears, demonstrated through her work that even amidst profound pain, there is a way forward.
