Summer Reunion – August 6–7, 2025 💕

We had the joy of gathering with dear friends and past participants of our yearly Ayurveda Retreats in Kovalam, South India.
This time, we – Helen & Marika – were especially grateful to host a cozy and heartfelt reunion at Fra Mare Thalasso Spa in Haapsalu, Estonia.

Our annual gathering is a time to breathe, move, and be together in gentle flow – something we look forward to every year.

Our day together included:
• A warm welcome circle
• A yoga class with our wonderful guest teacher Eva Eriksson from Sweden
• A joyful movement & free dance practice led by our retreat host and dance teacher Marika Hanson
• Spa time to relax and enjoy
• A shared dinner at the spa’s restaurant
• A silent meditation journey with gong and sound healing
• Overnight stay at Fra Mare

Special thanks to Fra Mare Thalasso Spa Hotel and Maret Sukles for making this gathering possible. Heartfelt gratitude to Eva Eriksson for joining us all the way from Stockholm, and to Vilmar Schiff for guiding the powerful sound healing session.

My most easy Ayurvedic hacks that have gone a long way:
👅 Tongue scraping – I am fanatic about tongue scraping and never forget to do it in the morning.
🧖🏽‍♀️ I give myself a short, oily body massage every morning.
🫖 I switched cold and carbonated drinks for warm water.
🚿 I never shower after eating.
🍛 Lunch is always my biggest meal of the day.

Are you ready to welcome new opportunities and meaningful changes into your life? To embrace the new, you must first let go of the old. One of the most effective ways to release old baggage is through cellular-level cleansing at our Ayurvedic center in tropical Kerala. Saturday yoga and ayurvedic lecture by Helen created many happy smiles in the end of the day! 😊
