Imagine soil soaked with water—how unstable and shifting it becomes. Now, compare that to your muscles and tissues burdened with excessive dampness.

When we consume too much mixed foods in one intake, allow parasites to thrive within our bodies, or eat an excess of dairy products, we create a damp environment.

It may effect your body in different ways.

At first, you may feel cold and experience shivers running through your body, but over time, these areas can become inflamed and hot.

The body's temperature fluctuates between cold and hot finally getting inflamed.
