Ei aita ei to-do listid ega partneri meeldetuletused.

Võib-olla on see mõni projekt, eksamiks ettevalmistumine või hoopis midagi muud.

Ei, see ei tähenda, et oled laisk või saamatu.
Tegelikult on sul tekkinud negatiivne emotsionaalne seos selle teemaga.

And the strangest part – other things in your life keep moving along just fine.

No, it doesn’t mean you’re lazy or incapable.
It simply means you’ve developed a negative emotional association with that task.
And your subconscious is doing everything it can to avoid that uncomfortable feeling.
In this situation, classic time management won’t help.
What you really need is to shift the emotion and the inner dialogue around it.
In other words – it’s time to put on a completely new “playlist” and tune into a different feeling.

Tegelikult on neid teemasid palju rohkem – ka väga nišše ja spetsiifilisi. Seega, kui on mingi mure või küsimus, tasub julgelt ühendust võtta – enamasti leidub ka lahendus.

Tahaksin veel rõhutada, et alati ei pea midagi “halvasti” olema. Hüpnoosi saab edukalt kasutada ka eesmärkide saavutamiseks – olgu selleks ärilised sihid, sportlikud tulemused või mis tahes muu eluvaldkond.

Activate Your Intuition - was the topic of this small and intimate hypnosis workshop, where I helped group to connect to their higher self to solve their problems.

All the answers are within us! We need to connect to ourselves more and learn to listen, to what this small voice inside us has to tell us. But we often let our emotions, doubts, and fears take over. Hypnosis is a good way to connect us to our intuition again.

Trust is the cornerstone of any meaningful connection,
and I'm here to earn yours.

As a certified hypnotherapist, I am passionate about helping my clients overcome their phobias, fears, anxieties. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment where you can relax and focus on achieving your goals.

👉 My Background

Now, my background might seem a bit unexpected. You see, I've got an IT background. It all began with me starting my own web design company, which, well, let's just say, hit a bump in the road eventually. I've also had my fair share of corporate and startup experiences. So, I totally get the ups and downs of work life – the struggle is real.

👉 My Journey

But here's the interesting part: my fascination with the inner workings of the mind has been with me for as long as I can remember. Things got pretty serious about 11 years ago when I found myself battling burnout, depression, and anxiety, which often led to panic attacks. That's when I sought help from a psychotherapist. Coincidentally, he was one of the few therapists at the time who dabbled in hypnotherapy and taught self-hypnosis and visualization techniques. Thanks to him, I learned to find peace and relaxation in my body by harnessing the power of my mind and suggestions. It was my first eye-opener to the incredible potential of visualization. I also ventured into the world of yoga, gaining insights into our inner world, emotions, and conceptions. I've even completed Ingvar Villido's Practical Consciousness 4 stages and the Agama Yoga Intensive program.

👉 What to expect?

As a therapist, I'm committed to creating a trustworthy and comfortable environment where you can openly and safely address your concerns. My approach heavily relies on visualization, relaxation, and the effective release of pent-up emotions. Additionally, if needed, we will work together to tackle negative self-talk and beliefs. Hypnosis emerges as a powerful tool in our arsenal, enabling us to navigate these processes more efficiently. My ultimate therapeutic aim is not just to guide you through your current challenges but to equip you with the tools and insights necessary to face future obstacles with confidence and self-assurance.
