📢 Recap of our Sleep Seminar 💤
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we were thrilled to host an insightful sleep seminar with renowned expert Kene Vernik! 🌙
At Smartecon, we genuinely care about our people and believe in supporting their overall well-being. This session was a key step in providing tools to enhance mental and physical health through better sleep.
Kene, a somnologist-technologist, sleep consultant, and author, shared invaluable knowledge on:
✨ The science behind sleep and how to improve sleep quality
✨ Recognizing and managing sleep disorders
✨ Handling work stress and practicing mindfulness
✨ Techniques for calming the mind and reducing nightly stress

Through this seminar, Kene guided us on how to cultivate better sleep habits to improve not only our nights but also our energy, focus, and wellbeing during the day. Thank you, Kene, for equipping us with the tools to rest well and stress less! 🌟

☀ Smartecon Tradition of Summer Days ☀
🔌 🔋 At Smartecon, we have a cherished tradition of gathering every summer to recharge ourselves and boost our team spirit. This year, we had a fantastic time in Järveveere Holiday Center, filled with exciting team activities and joyful moments. 🎈

🧠 We tested our engineering and innovation skills by building spaghetti towers and bottle rockets. We also exercised our strategic thinking in a competition to design the safest egg catcher using the fewest resources. Finally, we tapped into our creativity and teamwork by building and racing rafts. 🛶

💡 Through these adventures, we recognized that each team member has unique strengths, and we are strongest as a team when we leverage the best qualities of each individual.

👫 What made this event truly special was the opportunity to have meaningful discussions, build connections, get to know each other on a personal level, and reconnect with colleagues from all our Baltic offices. It was wonderful to see everyone supporting each other, making the event a time of reunion, joy, and unforgettable memories.
