The patient’s primary concerns were the mandibular contour, neck area, and submental adipose tissue. Although the patient has a normal BMI, a genetic predisposition causes even minimal weight fluctuations to manifest predominantly in the submental region.

Additionally, skin laxity was noted in the lower third of the face.

A Canwave RF procedure was selected due to its ability to precisely customize parameters according to individual anatomical and clinical needs. The treatment began with cannula-based stimulation of the neck and jawline, using controlled thermal energy aimed at collagen fiber contraction and fibroblast stimulation.

Subsequently, the device was adjusted to a lipolytic setting to target and liquefy persistent submental fat deposits. Unlike surgical liposuction, the emulsified adipocytes are not aspirated; instead, they are gradually eliminated through the body’s natural metabolic processes.

To optimize results and support tissue recovery, a Wonderm skin booster was applied immediately post-procedure and repeated twice at one-month intervals 👏
