Our thought processes cannot feel, sense or understand what we are going through, or the harm we do, or what we really need.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
If we feel sick, we feel sick in the body – this is how we know we’re sick, and all our thought process can do is complain about it or try to ignore it.⁠⁠

If we feel disturbed, the body feels disturbed. All our thought process does is suppress it.⁠⁠

Not only does the body know more than the thought process, but in feeling sick, disturbed, tired, etc it is warning us of something.

People see others through a veil of their own ideas, biases, and what they think is right and wrong. ⁠

As a result, their perception of you is clouded by these subjective filters, preventing them from seeing the real you. ⁠

Any opinions they form about you simply reveal their own biases and preconceived notions that colour their view of the world.

What you are going through is unique to you alone, so you are the only one that can heal it. ⁠

Feel the feeling of your pain, go deeper into that feeling and stay with that for a while. In doing so you will heal and therefore resolve whatever you’re going through. ⁠

The story behind Undo

Meditation is trending these days. Mindfulness is a thing to do, and yoga retreats are a place to be. Undo tackles the same issues but achieves what these age-old approaches have tried to but cannot.

Undo is a unique approach to meditation and physical vitality. Undo is real, it’s brave, it’s gutsy – and it works.

Our story started the same as yours probably did. We had problems that needed fixing.

We were on the lookout for answers, but there were none out there. Disappointingly, we soon discovered that meditation techniques, including the popular Buddhist methods, are not ‘real’ though. They are not deep enough. Their way is not helping, not really. We also realized that yoga wasn’t much more than fancy stretching. Not the path to self-understanding it is claimed to be.
