Today we say thank you and see you soon to an incredible member of our team — Simon Lee — as he wraps up his internship with us.
Simon joined us in January through the CIEE Tallinn internship program, all the way from The University of Utah, USA, and quickly became an integral part of our daily work and team spirit. From day one, he brought a positive, energetic, and eager-to-learn attitude that truly lifted the entire office.
Over the past months, Simon has done it all — from conducting interviews and visiting our members, to joining road trips across Estonia, supporting AmCham events, and even contributing to the launch of our Defense & Resilience Committee. Not to mention stepping up to participate in a Defense Panel — an impressive achievement during such a short time with us!
Simon, your curiosity, dedication, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have made a lasting impact. It has been a genuine pleasure having you work side-by-side with us.
As you head back to the United States this weekend, we wish you all the very best in your next chapter. We have no doubt that great things lie ahead, and we hope our paths cross again in the future.
Thank you for everything — Godspeed!

Resilience starts with strong partnerships 🇪🇪 🇫🇮 🇸🇪
Yesterday’s AmCham Defense & Security Dialogue Speaker Luncheon 2026 in Tallinn brought together government leaders, industry experts, and Nordic-Baltic partners for a powerful discussion on Infrastructural Readiness and regional defense resilience.
A big thank you to Estonia’s Minister of Defense Hanno Pevkur (Kaitseministeerium) for the keynote, and to our excellent panelists Anvar Salomets, Claes Björkstén, and Christa Torm, with Jesse Kivisaari COBALT.Legal moderating a dynamic conversation.
We were especially pleased to welcome our partners Amcham Finland and AmCham Sweden - collaboration across the region has never been more important. 🤝
Finally, sincere thanks to our sponsors Amazon Web Services (AWS), Life at Palo Alto Networks, and Raytheon Technologies RTX for making this dialogue possible and Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn for flawless organization and hosting.
Strong dialogue. Shared priorities. Real resilience.

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting the AmCham Annual Strategy Lunch together with our Premium Partners and Executive Committee Board Members at the Private Room of Horisont Restaurant & Bar, Swissôtel Tallinn.

This luncheon is an important moment for us each year—a chance to bring together some of the Chamber’s key contributors to exchange perspectives, align on priorities, and shape the direction of our activities for the year ahead. The discussions were thoughtful, forward-looking, and set a strong foundation for what’s to come.

We are especially grateful to our Premium Partners for their continued support, insight, and commitment. Your contribution enables us to deliver impactful, high-level initiatives and drive meaningful engagement within our community.

A warm thank you as well to Swissôtel Tallinn for hosting us and creating the perfect setting for such valuable conversations.

Looking forward to building on this momentum together.

Turning rooftops into power plants - without compromising on design!

Yesterday, our members had the chance to go behind the scenes at Roofit Solar Energy - and it didn’t disappoint.

From their journey since 2016 to becoming a leading player in building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), the visit offered a clear look at how solar technology, durability, and Nordic design can come together in one elegant solution.

With 3,000+ installations across 30 countries and expansion into the U.S., it’s exciting to see how they’re helping drive the transition toward NetZero buildings.

A great example of how innovation and design can reshape the future of energy. Thank you, Roofit Solar Energy for hosting us!
