Couple's Birth Yoga Class

Saturday May 17th , 17:30 – 19:00 hrs
Rajamaa Ashram,(25 km from Tallinn) in Raasiku vald, Estonia

The Couples birth yoga class is a preparatory class for pregnant couples, where we will talk about birth, its processes, how can the partner support the birthing woman through different yoga techniques, massage and postures. We will practice some birthing postures, breaths and meditation for couples. It is a fun evening to learn more and relax into the beauty of birth.

During this guided session (available in both English and Estonian), we will engage in six hours of meditation designed to:
