A New Year, a New Leap in empowering women across the Baltics! 🤩 Future Heroes kicks-off in Lithuania on Jan 15th, 🦄 run by WoW University and steered by The ella fund and British Council! A special thank you to Future Heroes’ amazing godmother Ursula Roosmaa for supporting us along the way and our amazing team of Big Sisters Laura-Liis Järvela, Elina Liina Heno, Maria Heinsar, Jana Ogorodnik, Britt-Lauren Oltsmann who have steered the sisterhood without borders and made the digital transformation of Future Heroes possible!

Last but not least, proud that OECD included Future Heroes in the Better Entrepreneurship Policy Tool for fostering more inclusive entrepreneurship! 🙌

Time to connect more dots in Europe for more diverse leadership and entrepreneurship!

Before getting excited about the new year, let's take a look back to this year!

2020 was a different and unique year, to say the least. For the Future Heroes program it meant moving the live workshops online and finding new ways to give the best experience to the participants💻

🎉Another successful season of the Future Heroes program has ended. Of course this unique hybrid season had to end with a hybrid gala at Erinevate Tubade Klubi, that can be viewed on our page.

🏆The winning team of the 5th season of the Future Heroes program was Sugarlestonia, who are raising awareness about sugar overconsumption by implementing a traffic light system. Their award was powered by our partner from day 1 - British Council, who will take them to a study trip to the UK!🇬🇧

Besides that, other awards were given out to the teams for their accomplishments, that were all powered by our partners:

📱Nobel Digital’s “Digital Impact” award went to Sugarlestonia for their strong social media presence.
💪NATO Battlegroup Estonia's "True Grit" award went to the participants who greatly represented our values throughout the program.
📦Elamusstuudio’s “Out of the Box” award went to beYOUtiful for their unique approach to a special task during the program.
👭Workland Estonia’s “Ultimate Sisterhood” award went to Good For Earth, Good For Us, who had the most supportive team.
🗒Clanbeat's “Star Planners” award went to beYOUtiful for their excellent planning and time management skills.
🌎JCI Estonia - Eesti Ettevõtlike Noorte Koda’s “Social Impact” award went to FoodSharing whose initiative can really make a difference in the society.
⭐️AmCham Estonia’s “Rising Star” award went to Raro Kaart, who were showing great and constant commitment in developing their idea.

Also, congratulations to the teams NOPE, BECH and BSA for working truly hard on topics that matter in the world!
