See on ühest küljest Yin jooga peamiseid printsiipe tutvustav kursus ja teisest küljest kursus, mis aitab sügavamalt näha seost oma füüsilise keha, emotsioonide ja seisundi vahel ning selle seose läbi õppida end igapäevaelus toetama.
Kursus ühendab Yin joogale omase aeglase, sügava ja teadliku joogapraktika traditsioonilise energiatöö ja keha tasakaalustamise põhimõtetega.
Läbi praktilise lähenemise võtame sel kursusel läbi peamised Yin jooga printsiibid ja Hiina meditsiinist tuleneva 5-elemendi teooria.
Yin jooga on kättesaadav igale ühele. Iga keha on erinev ja igale pakub juhendaja erinevaid variatsioone, et praktika oleks jätkusuutlik.
Selline praktika aitab suurendada kontakti iseendaga, rahustda seeläbi närvisüsteemi ning suurendada liikumisvabadust ja kergust oma kehas.

Vee element on jooga filosoofia kohaselt seotud neerude ja kusepõie meridiaanidega, mille mõjutamine toetab sügavat taastumist ja elujõu suurendamist.
Selles töötoas keskendume füüsilises plaanis alaseljale, puusadele ja jalgadele.
Energeetilisel ja emotsionaalsel tasandil tegeleme elujõu, julguse ja sisemise rahuga.

• 𝟖. 𝐣𝐮𝐮𝐧𝐢 - 𝐏𝐮𝐮 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚)
Puu element on seotud maksa ja sapipõie meridiaanidega, mille mõjutamine suurendab võimet olla paindlik ja usaldada elu loomuliku kulgu.
Füüsiliselt tegeleme puusade ja reitega.
See töötuba aitab vabastada viha ja pingeid ning suurendab harmooniat oma sisemaailmas.

• 𝟏𝟓. 𝐣𝐮𝐮𝐧𝐢 - 𝐓𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐚)
Tule element on seotud südame ja peensoole meridiaanidega, mille mõjutamine aitab suurendada rõõmu, sisemist rahu ja armastuse tunnet elus.
Keskendume rindkerele, õlgadele ja kätele.
Energeetiliselt ja emotsionaalselt võimega andestada, võimega pakkuda ja võtta vastu armastust.

• 𝟐𝟗. 𝐣𝐮𝐮𝐧𝐢 - 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐀𝐯𝐞)
Metalli element on seotud kopsu ja jämesoole meridiaanidega, mille mõjutamine toetab sisemise selguse loomist, vana vabastamist ja uue vastuvõtmist.
Teeme harjutusi selleks, et vabastada pingeid rindkerest ja selja ülaosast, selleks et toetada vaba hingamist, vabastada leina ning vanu mittetoetavaid mustreid elus.

Töötame kõhupiirkonna ja reite sisekülgedega. See töötuba aitab end maandada, tugevdada võimet püsida keskmes ning suurendab eneseusaldust ja sisemist tasakaalu.

This was their first ever acroyoga session🤩🚀

For most of them it was their first acroyoga session EVER and they totally nailed each pose👏🥳

Because they believed in themselves enough to show up and try.

AND because we took it step by step and in bite sized steps that are easy to digest and every next step feels natural.

This way it’s easy and safe to learn and succeed.

Most people don’t have enough persistence for it..

In a fast paced moving world that is full of options for instant gratification it is really easy to lose ones willpower and persistence.

Not on purpouse, just over time it degrades when it’s not intentionally used.

Why is it even important?

Willpower and persistence are vital for making our dreams and desires into reality.

Otherwise..

Every time we’re facing an obstacle we’re already off the dream train feeling too discouraged to even start again.

Every time we meet something that is not what we want, but gives a short term satisfaction, we’re off the dream train.

It is not because we’re bad, stupid or lazy, it is because we do not have neither willpower to overcome a challenge or persistence to stick with our dream.

Why not?

Most likely because it has not gotten enough training.
And because of this there is a dicouraged feeling way too early when moving towards our goal.
And no ability to move out of it effectively.

How to overcome this?

Start training your willpower and persistence by choosing something you commit doing REGULARLY.

If you are on this page, there is a high chance this somehing for you could be a regular yoga practice.

But is works with anything that you see value in, and when commiting to do it regularly, it needs at least a little bit coming out of the comfort zone.

Isn’t it so that often the most uncomfortable part is just starting?
Just getting up from couch😀

When we have trained our willpower and persistence and then a real challenge is life happens (that is a bit more complex than getting off that couch)..we are able to go though it and stick with our dream no matter what.

Willpower and persistence starts being an automatic response.

And isn’t it great if our automatic responce is ‘I can do anything’?!

Kui sa saaksid kõikidele midagi soovitada, mis see oleks?

“Infomüra on palju, seega on oluline võtta endale see aeg. Kujundada endale see harjumus iseendale aega võtta. Jooga on selleks üks võimalus kujundada endale aja võtmise harjumus. Harjumus aitab teha tervislikumaid valikuid ka siis kui on elus raskem aeg.”

Nii tunneb meie hatha jooga juhendaja Marianne.

Marianne toetusel saad endale kasulikku harjumist kujundada iga pühapäeva hommikul kell 10:00-11:15 toimuvas hatha jooga tunnis.

See tund on rahuliku tempoga ja sobib hästi ka päris algajatele.
Joogamatid on kohapeal olemas. Astu lihtsalt uksest sisse.

If you're feeling a certain way about people who're shining in this way..

This is you're shadow. You are actually interested, but are afraid to fail.
And it is okay. This is natural.

We want to feel safe and secure...and what feels more safe that the similar thing what we already know and can do?!

Even though it is not always logical to protect ourselves this way from the new, this is how our nervous system reacts from the survival perscpective.
It is valid when it is needed to protect ourselves from touching the hot stove or stepping in from of a moving car.

But when it is related to following your intrests, starting a new hobby or trying out a new type of training in safe enviroment curated specifically for newcomers..then it is not rational and we need to see it though to EVOLVE into the person we want to be.
