An inspired excited young team, spawned out of Garage 48, are coming out with an analytic tool that estimates health risks with the easiest and the most user-friendly web application. The tool will be taking sequenced genomes from interested and willing individuals, and cross-analyzing with the most updated available genome-related studies and reports. Unlike popular Direct-to-Consumer companies o

ffering genome interpretation which compares an individual's SNPs with commercially available SNP chips that might fail to capture many functionally important classes of variations, our intention is take fully sequenced genomes for analysis. Our initial aim is to establish a legitimate database and eagerly looking for collaboration opportunities with genome institutes and databases. Subsequently, we envisioned the product to become an app that the public can use easily when sequencing of genomes become an affordable procedure. The team consists of:
Kristjan Metsalu (University of Tartu: Software Engineering)
Dmytro FishMan (University of Tartu: Bioinfomatics)
Bogdan Semiletko (University of Tartu: Software Engineering)
Myroslava Stavnycha (University of Tartu: Software Engineering)
Agustin Guerrero (University of Tartu: Software Engineering)
Maarika Martins (Tartu Art College)
