And still am subscribed on Zoz library, and received books about diabetes,as methods, reasons, herbs cures. And informed, that diabetes of second type as in me is ability to cure with move and diet , thus am walked everyday on 40-60 min, using diet, trying recipes, and share about those,which worked to me.

A good result received of infusion a bark aspen, as handful of chopped bark added in 2 l. of water, boil, and put on water bath and kept 15 min, used infusion when I want. Course is month, after month is rest. And cleaned water drinking till 2 l/day it's too lows sugar. Am lowed sugar from 5.1 by a method of mixture used of milk and garlic. Added 0.5 l. of milk in pot , put on fire, boil, pressed in her garlic head, boiled on weak fire, till milk size decreased on twice. Used infusion one tbl.sp. for empty morning stomach and after dinner in hour-half. And now cooking new remedy of 500 gr celery root and 6 lemons to mince meat, add in enamel dish, and stew on water bath for 2 hours. Received mass apply in jar of glass and keep in refrigerator, use one tbl.sp. on an empty stomach before a meal. So am care for itself, and my card in hospital are 6 sheets, trying not visiting her.
