**Positions Available:** 5 (Indoor & Outdoor)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Open new markets in specified areas and develop the customer base.
- Meet the needs of merchants and customers through regular follow-ups and specific monthly visits.
- Document requests that have been prepared and delivered.
- Note any delays or issues in order delivery.
**Requirements:**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or the dental field.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in English.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.

- Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
- Establish contact with potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Recommend marketing strategies targeting specific regions or demographics.
- Generate and submit sales reports to the manager.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while remaining fully aware of new products and competitive status.
**Job Description:**
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
- Oversee recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Implement a sales commission structure per month, quarter, and year.
- Manage and support the improvement of SIP, TL, BA, and CA skills in the store.
- Possess experience in sales and a thorough understanding of the market.
- Willing to travel, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Maintain an open-minded, results-oriented, and detail-focused approach to implementation.
