We are very happy to announce the successful Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of Third Machine at EIPICO by Bonfiglioli Engineering srl for the Leak detection machine for lyophilized products (VIAL & AMPOULE) using vacuuming/pressurizing.

The machine model PK-F 0324 is designed to verify the integrity of the packs, Nominal production speed: 250 ppm and Number of testing chambers: 24 testing chambers.

The purpose of the machine is to detect and reject all defective packages which may have been generated during previous production phases.
The machine checks for the presence of micro-leaks, i.e., microscopic holes or cracks in the structure of the pack that could allow either the product to leak out or the ingress of substances from the external environment.

The machine also contains VI system đź“· to:
• Inspect ampoule format for cosmetic defects (burnings on the top part).
• Inspect Vial & ampoule for Cake presence.

We are thrilled to announce the successful Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of the first Leak detection machine for lyophilized products ( VIAL & AMPOULE) using vacuuming/pressurizing in EGYPT at EIPICO by Bonfiglioli Engineering srl . 🤗 🇮🇹

The machine model PK-F 0324, is designed to verify the integrity of the packs , Nominal production speed : 250 ppm and Number of testing chambers : 24 testing chamber.

The purpose of the machine is to detect and reject all defective packages which may have been generated during previous production phases.

Leakage Conception :
•Vacuuming/pressurizing phase: generates an appropriate level of vacuum/pressure inside the LD Testing chamber holding the pack.
•Stabilization phase: allows the vacuum/pressure level to stabilize in the LD Testing chamber
•Test phase: detects possible leaks from the pack by measuring the change in the level of vacuum/pressure inside the LD Testing chamber The air flows from the high pressure area to the low pressure area: each decrease in the vacuum level denotes the presence of a leak.

The machine also contains VI system đź“· to:
• Inspect ampoule format for cosmetic defects (burnings on the top part).
• Inspect Vial & ampoule for Cake presence.
